This lady has upper management written all over her, true customer service is a lost art and being able to explain something without making the person feel d**** Definitely would recommend this store!”

“I went to Systems Unlimited to install a dashcam/rear camera in my 2018 Honda Civic Type R and in my 2021 Dodge Challenger. They did an incredible job. Each set of cameras were installed in one day, they explained the process to me, confirmed exactly where I'd like them placed, and explained the system to me when I picked up my car(s). Very professional job with clear attention to detail. I checked things over carefully at home and everything was seamlessly installed. Everyone I worked with was very helpful and clearly take pride in their work. Would highly recommend!”

“After dealing with an absolutely horrible experience at the Issaquah location regarding the purchase of a new phone, I came to the Bellevue Square location frustrated and was prepared to leave T-Mobile for another carrier if the issue was unable to be resolved. The whole team at the Bellevue location was incredibly helpful and reassuring.
