It's okay. I feel they are very picky when trying to sell your clothes here, and when and if they do purchase from you, they low-ball you soo much, it's insulting almost. More so than their Cap Hill location. Their selection is hit or miss really.

Waited (literally) 2 hours to get my stuff looked at… but they took 20+ items and the buy price was very fair :) everyone was very nice too. I think all the bad reviews are from people who are impatient or can’t stand when people say no to them/can’t accept the items they brought in are not trendy/sellable.

Store is clean, parking was easy and the staff was friendly, I would recommend this location over the cap hill one where I had an awful experience, I’m glad I took another chance on them
