“As someone who does not trust online reviews, I’m not sure how to confirm that this review is real, other than telling you, I am real and our experience was REALly amazing. From the beginning of the online rental process to the return of the van after our week long trip, Peace Vans was responsive and helpful. The Mercedes Metris (“Palouse” was the name of ours) was excellent to drive and incredibly well stocked. It was comfortable to sleep in — we were three adult - but you could easily add a couple more people (we slept as singles: fold out bed, pop-up and passenger seat). Best experience, highly recommend!”

“Good experience, when collecting a vehicle (Buick Envision) in Seattle. We had reserved a Standard SUV, but when we arrived there were no more, the agency only had intermediate SUVs in stock. We agreed on a commercial gesture on their part. I recommend and I will surely return to this agency. The car was almost new and in impeccable condition.
PS: I went through Alamo, but Enterprise and National are part of the same group and are in the same premises. Compare prices between these agencies, because you will ultimately have the same vehicles.”

“The Asian man who helped me at the counter for check in and check out was extremely courteous and efficient, took probably 5 minutes in total. Car was clean and worked great, no issues. The location is small but if you’re not picky about car selection like me it’s perfect since you don’t have to navigate to and inside a cramped parking garage to return the car like locations more downtown. 5 min walk from the Link Station makes it even more convenient. Definitely using this location as my go-to in the future when available!”

“I had the opposite experience of the person that reviewed prior to me. There was a line but it moved swiftly. The attendants were personable and fun. They were informative and efficient - by far one of the better car rental experiences and we rent a lot of cars.”
“Shahrokh with ET towing helped me tow my car today and did a fantastic job! I only had a few hours to step away from work and figure out how to fix my flat tire. He was responsive and dependable, showing up 30 minutes after I called. He was kind, friendly, and very helpful. I would recommend him to anyone!”
“Customer service was very friendly Accommodating also there was a shuttle to and from the airport to avis garage. About a 11 min ride.

“Hertz fail - cancelled our reservation 1 hour before pickup on a holiday weekend. Budget immediately found us a car nearby and had it ready when we arrived less than an hour later. Customer phone support was amazing. We had no issues checking in at this location or dropping off at the airport. AAA membership saved us a LOT of $. Oh, and it was cheaper than Hertz. Budget earned a new customer!”

“Been renting from here for years. My go-to place for local rental and avoid crazy airport taxes. It’s a small, blue-collar office on the 2nd floor, in an industrial area, so not your typical rental office. They’ve always treated me well. Need to call to let them know to let you up.”

“Rented a 16ft truck and car trailer for a cross country move. The woman who helped us gave of them newest of each, a discount on some of the additional things we decided to get day of and generally was extremely friendly.My brother is a mechanic and looked over the truck before we left and had no concerns. It put everyone involved at ease.This was my first time renting a moving truck. We went with Budget because it was cheapest and so far I've been more than impressed.”
