Kris (Kelvin) gave me a ride across town in a brand new LUCID and it was exciting. After I finished business at the correct location, Kris brought me back to your Enterprise. I met Constance and she was full of energy and smiles, adorable and made my visit today "fun". I have rented here before while my Mercedes is being serviced across the street and this Enterprise location is excellent. ??I work corporate and travel a lot and as an executive elite member this is one of the top locations that offers excellent customer service.”

“These guys took care of me. I was in a claim against someone with American family insurance. Their insurance company would not pay a dime more even though all the basic cars were gone, and the car they had was equivalent to what I had. The insurance company told me to kick rocks and look for another enterprise to rent a car. The guys at Enterprise were in awe of the bad service and upgraded me regardless of the bad service from American family insurance, helped move on with my day. They called afterwards to let me know the car return was fine and returned my deposit quickly. Great service I look forward to referring people your way”

“The company in general works horribly, but there is a driver that I want to talk about who has given me rides for the past year about five or six times. I want to thank the organization for this driver - Henry Arzumanyan. During each ride, Henry's car was absolutely clean inside and out. He opens a car door each time for a client and always acts very kindly and respectfully. In my experience with him as a professional driver, he was never late and was always driving safely. My car is having maintenance for 3 weeks so I needed a loaner, and shops don't really do free loaners anymore unfortunately.”
