Bich Kieu Jewelry is a lovely place known for great and very good customer service. The staff are super helpful, nice, friendly, and very accommodating. They provide quick service, fixing items like a jade necklace or removing watch links nicely and within a half hour. Customers can shop around and try on rings while waiting. They offer reasonable prices and have an excellent catalogue of jewelry. However, a watch battery replacement may not last.
The lady was super helpful and nice with my questions and was willing to help me look through their catalogue for a specific piece. Lovely place with great customer service would recommend !

I bought a lot of jewelry’s at this store, everything is excellent, prices are reasonable and the most important customer service is very good. Their both so nice and very accommodating.
