Bartell Drugs is a locally-owned pharmacy in Seattle, established in 1890, that focuses on serving the health and wellness needs of the community. With over 150 local partners featured on their shelves, they emphasize supporting local products from the Pacific Northwest. Customers appreciate the pharmacy staff for their professionalism and compassion, often going out of their way to visit this location due to the superior service compared to other nearby pharmacies. Even when the pharmacy staff is overworked and stretched thin, they remain accommodating and pleasant. Many customers have shared positive experiences, such as quick assistance with urgent prescriptions or helpfulness during complex situations. However, some reviews note that the variety of consumer goods available has diminished since Bartell Drugs was bought out by Rite Aid, leading to fewer items on the shelves. Nonetheless, the pharmacy still maintains a good stock of essential medications and selected goods, keeping their commitment to customer care and community support.
Store had zero items on my list. This is ridiculous.

One of the worst pharmacy lines you’ll ever encounter. No matter the day and time. The rest of the store looks like it’s having a closing, everything must go sale. Items haven’t been restocked in I’m not sure how long.
