The staff was also very nice and happy to help! Will definitely be going back for more. My boyfriend got the hot wings and jojo's which were also fresh and delicious.”

“Typical Costco. Parking lot was almost half full 15 minutes after opening. Lines to get gas were not too bad, we only had to wait for 2 cars ahead of us. However, if the line was any longer it wouldn't have been worth the minimal discount. We found everything we needed and there were not any empty shelves that we noticed. Things like eggs which had previously been out are now stocked. We had to wait over 20 minutes to check out, which is never fun. However they had all the check stands open and were probably as efficient as they could be. The most unpleasant thing by far was employees coming up to people in the checkout line and trying to get them to sign up for a credit card.”
“Shoutout to Francis whom I actually met at the Shoreline branch, but he directed me to come to this Crown Hill branch to get the beautiful Year of the Dragon calendar and red envelopes that I was trying to find. I had already driven to a few different Chase branches that had turned me away because they were all out of the calendar. I was standing in a slow line at the Shoreline branch, and Francis came up to the line to see if he could speed it up and help customers. I was next in line. I told him how much the calendar meant to me (I have a few Dragons -- people born in the year of the dragon -- in my family, and the dragon is a special symbol to us). Shoreline didn't have any, but he told me he KNEW that Crown Hill had some, and he even offered to call to double check. I told him not to spend his time calling, then drove there and he was right! I'm so happy to have this calendar. It is absolutely gorgeous. It was such a little thing and just took a few minutes, but it made all the difference to me. Even if I hadn't gotten the calendar, Francis's kind and helpful demeanor made an impression. I have accounts at a few different banks, including Chase, but the ones that stand out to me are the ones that have caring customer service. Thanks, Francis! You rock!”

504 Bell St, Seattle“This ATM is available 24 hours. It has a card reader beside the door to allow access when the bank itself is closed. It also dispenses denominations of $1 $5 $20, and $100. It is a very convenient ATM even if you only want to withdraw $3.”
“A bank isn't exactly a place I'd normally review for sure. Credit has to be given where it's due, however. The bank is amongst the list of places I don't really care to go to if I can help it. The bank of course joins the same list as the hospital, court, DMV, post office and other places you don't really frequent, but when you do again, you're not exactly smiling ear to ear. Here at this Wells Fargo though, as soon as I walk in, they always greet me. Every time. Even if there is a line, one of the tellers assures me they'll be right with me. They don't even have to do that but it's nice. When I get to the window, the tellers, are all friendly and helpful. I've dealt with three different tellers and each time they're patient and thorough with my business.I've only been a Wells Fargo a short time and don't know if they're changing their business strategy, but this particular branch is pretty good with their customer service.”
“Celine Bravo, the banker at Wells Fargo, assisted us today as we opened both a checking and savings account. Even though English isn’t our first language, she was incredibly patient, explaining everything calmly and clearly. Truly appreciate her professionalism and assistance!”

“People this is the ATM. It clearly says Seattle Credit Union ATM. The name of this ATM location is "headquarters" but that is leftover from when they were here. Not sure why this is so hard for people to wrap their heads around.”

3100 Rainier Ave S, Seattle“I tried to book an appointment here through the app, but was unsuccessful. Fortunately, when I called someone answered the phone and I was able to get in to the branch to deposit a bunch of rolled coins. I found the phone staff and teller to be prompt and helpful. There's plenty of parking in the back and a drive up ATM I've used a lot in the past, too.”

2701 1st Ave, Seattle“I normally do not leave reviews but for this particular situation I felt the need to. I came in to this location numerous of times throughout the week during my lunch break for an issue with my account. And although the outcome was not exactly what I was expecting, Jason made my experience a lot less frustrating. He made it his duty to figure out the issue and try many different ways to go about handling it. He also kept in contact with me throughout the week with updates on how things were going and explained everything perfectly. I want to thank him for his time, patience, and kindness I truly do appreciate it especially during this time.I was given the run around and was very close to being done chase, he just might be the reason I'm still a customer.. again thank you!”

“Moving from a small town in Texas to Seattle requires many business decisions, one of which was finding a bank and setting up accounts. The West Seattle, Admiral Way branch has been so helpful to me and made suggestions that have benefitted me. I couldn't ask for friendlier employees and all in all I'm very happy with my choosing this branch and bank.”
