I'm newer to the PNW and didn't have a mechanic here but saw the online reviews and figured I'd give him a call. He checked out a water pump issue the dealership told me needed to be repaired ASAP and after inspecting the car, he confirmed there was no repairs needed and told me to come pick it up. HONEST. I will be recommending him to everyone I know. Look no further and give him a call. Seriously, so thankful and glad I found him. The best experience you could ask for.”

“I’m very pleased with this business. Had a tire with low pressure. Asked them to repair if possible and look over the tires. They called to tell me all the tires were needed to be replaced.All were in very poor shape and I believe they were 13 year old tires. They quoted me the price and I looked up the tires online and the price was in accordance with the cost of those tires at other places. The extra costs the removing and adding the tires and balancing and taxes and cost to dispose of tires is all listed on the receipt. They told me a few other things that need to be done and I made an appointment in a couple weeks to get vehicle back in. There’s no pressure. They are informative and I was happy that they were able to get me in same day. Great customer service. The owner/ manager is a really nice man. I trust him and his garage.”

“I've taken my vehicle to Superior for years and have always been happy with the results. We recently purchased a truck for my son and decided it best to have it inspected and so, because there's a shop a few blocks from our home, we left it with them to look over. Their chicken-scratch report listed "no real issues." But it drove like doggy-doo? So we took it to Superior and had it reinspected and they found that it was in dire need of suspension work and was actually unsafe to drive. Rear-end-about-to-fall-off, unsafe to drive!
Great front desk folks. Great mechanics. Clear detailed report.
And so - long story short - my son will live!

“I discovered Pacific Rim several years ago when I got fed up with going to the dealership. I took my old Subaru to them for a 2nd opinion after the dealership told me I needed major repairs. The Pacific Rim mechanic checked everything and told me I just needed a minor and much cheaper repair. Since then, I really trust that they are honest and fair. They always take the time to explain what repairs are needed and what preventative maintenance would be worthwhile. There is no sales pressure, and if I choose not to have work done immediately, they don't use scare tactics to change my mind. They have my kept my beloved 1998 Subaru running in top condition for years and hopefully for years to come.”

Came back 4 years later for repair to Honda Fit after the front side panel was scraped and damaged by another car. They inspected and found no underlying damage and repaired and painted the bumper cover and fender. Perfect job - like new. Service was prompt. professional, friendly. Good communication. Fair and reasonable prices. A small family business around for 20 years. My go to place in Seattle. Highly recommend.

Brought my Honda Fit in for estimate of small area of paint scraped off. They took a look and said while you could spend $600 to make it perfect there is no need to do extensive work and then provided a free touch up. Really appreciated their kindness and customer interest first approach.”
“Great service, great people, very reasonably priced. I had an oil change on my Volkswagen by My Mechanic about six weeks ago. This morning my light came on saying to add oil. I gave My Mechanic a call, they told me to come in same day, spent close to two hours figuring out what the issue was, resolved it, and didn’t charge me a penny.”

“I brought my 2001 Maxima to Repair Revolution when they first opened back in 2013 or 2014 and was incredibly impressed with the service. One of the technicians took it upon themselves to find a part my car needed that was no longer in production from a nearby salvage yard. They went above and beyond and saved my car! Fast forward a decade, and I’m back in Seattle but with a different car. I was so happy with them before that I didn’t hesitate to bring my 2013 Sonic to have them check out after having some major work done at a dealership. Repair Revolution really is the best because they’re kind and extremely transparent. You know you’re getting the best service with them.”
