“Let's be honest. No one likes to take their car to the mechanic. It's right up there with the annual prostate exam, but sometimes you just have to.I have to say they are very nice people to work with. I know enough about cars to know I shouldn't fix them myself, but know if the guy working on it is taking advantage of me. Their diagnosis was spot on, and the estimate they gave me was the final bill. Problem solved. They even have a cozy little lounge area to wait and wifi if you work remotely. They primarily work by appointment and managed to get me right in. Recommend highly.”

“I called 3 Ford dealerships telling them I drove up from North Carolina and my o² sensors were out and need them replaced within 6 days to drive back.Every ford dealership: "yea we have some openings next spring" basically, "yea we can get you in the shop in 8 months" bruh.I call this place, guy gets my car the next morning, replaces my o2 sensors in like 3 hours after i drop it off. completely saves the day. “I went to Moore's with my uncle (who can be quite anxious and impatient when his vehicle is having issues). It was obvious that the staff at Moore's has experience dealing with both a variety of cars and customers. They diagnosed my uncle's truck in a few minutes and and fixed it on the spot putting my uncle at ease.The prices at Moore's were more than reasonable, especially in these times of ever-increasing costs. More to the point they were both competent and efficient. Garages don't stay in business for 100 years when they "screw" their customers.I read some of the other reviews and tend to agree with Moore's responses. I would also like to add that people should have their used cars checked by a mechanic before they buy them, rather than blame their mechanic afterward. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.”

“I recently replaced ball joints, tie rods and other front suspension and steering parts on my older pickup truck, and needed a front-end alignment. A coworker recommended this place, and it turned out to be a good recommendation. Making an appointment was easy, and I like that the owner, who is highly experienced, is the person working on your vehicle. He took me for a drive before starting the work, to see how the truck rode (it was wandering a lot, prior to getting aligned). Less than two hours later, my truck was ready and aligned. The owner texted me an image of the before and after alignment specs, and answered all of my technical questions (I'm a car guy). The truck rolls down the road nice and straight now, and is once again a pleasure to drive.”

“I have stopped at this BJ's many times on my way to visit my mother-in-law, who lives in South County. I like that it has a gas station right on premises. The store is similar to other BJ's, where you can grab a coupon savings book right at the entrance to find out what's on sale.I went in to grab some disposable gloves and they had them at a good price.I love their self checkout lanes, which move a lot faster than the ones manned by staff.”

“I am super satisfied . I had to have two tires mounted and balanced and could schedule an appointment due to my schedule being full . I managed to squeeze in between 5:45 and 6:00. They can only accept walk ins after 6pm . The “Twins “ were able to get my tires in before 6pm, and then finished them a little after . I did not have to wait long . No confusion . Everything went as smoothly as I had expected . The courtesy and professionalism was more than helpful. It was welcoming . I felt confident that my tires were in good hands . I will definitely be returning to this center again thanks guys”
