“I got my wedding tux from Tom James, the first time I’ve ever owned a tux, and Eric Sipe was great to work with. He was helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process, and the tux fit perfectly and looked great the day of the wedding! Not that I needed the validation, but I even got several compliments on how good the tux looked from guests who have worked in fashion and whose opinions I value highly. If/when I need custom menswear again, I will seek out Eric and Tom James.”

“I had a great experience at this store. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, resourceful, and accommodating. The sales rep I worked with was courteous and respectful. He found me exactly what I needed and I couldn't be happier with my new pair of Vans! I was in and out in under 15 minutes. I can't recommend this crew highly enough!”

Even through returns and lines and multiple people coming in they kept their cool and we’re super attentive on a personal level.”
“I called to see what size bras they carry. My daughter wears a larger size than double D and we've been going to the pencil test. Now that she started high school they're saying that she gets a school discount but only if she pays for it the bra out of her working money. That me as her mother I cannot pay for her bra and her still get a discount for being a student. When she was in Middle School they used her student ID and gave her a discount. The discount was so small though this may be 10% off the original price. Since my daughter is not old enough to work anywhere and pencil test didn't give me any references to any other store. I called Lane Bryant and they were having a sale going on until Sunday last week. They were extremely helpful. We just said what size she was and what bra she preferred. The girl working there was so amazing she went and grabbed about five bras that were exactly what we asked for that were on sale! It only took her 3 minutes what to do that! Usually we have to wait 10 to 15 minutes while they're selecting bras at the pencil test and they only bring three in that duration of time. My daughter tried them on and found the one that she loved the most. I only paid $35 for the bra that was on sale at Lane Bryant. Versus the $130 per bra at the pencil test. I could have bought her three bras for the same price that's what they were wanting at the pencil test. Hopefully this is helpful information to know that you do have other places to get bras that are affordable and a larger size then Double D. At Lane Bryant they carry sizes 36 a round and wider ones. The cup size it goes up to K I believe that's what she said. Or Google search bras bigger than double d's for more options.”

“Great selection of clothing but prices are on another level of expensive. Also, it'd be great if the staff were more knowledgeable about the historical significance of Eddie Bauer and the origination of puffer jackets. I'm pretty sure, based on what I learned at the Museum of History and Industry, that Eddie Bauer invented one of the original puffer jackets, and I think the store should celebrate that success more prominently. Eddie Bauer should tell its Seattle-based origination story more. There was a timeline display on the wall, but I think most people interpret it only as decorative art, and even the employees seem to read it for the first time when I asked them the puffer jacket question.”
“I came in today looking for new clothes since it’s almost back to school season and I went shopping for my kids. Upon arrival I was greeted with a warm smile and I felt welcomed as soon as i walked in. As I continued my shopping, some prices were on point while other prices weren’t so on point. Long story short as I continued to checkout the clothes for my kids, I was rung up by a kind young lady named Amani. Her customer service was beyond amazing and she kept a good attitude and positivity throughout the interaction and she helped me with my prices. I feel more retail stores should have somebody as positive as Amani. Thank you Jcpenney”
“This is a super cute boutique in a cute part of Burien. I was getting gelato at the spot next-door and decided to pop in after dessert. They have an interesting collection that leans toward that classic consignment shop feel a.k.a. stuff is in good condition but maybe not as on trend. certainly you can find some interesting pieces that you wouldn’t be able to find at a store in the mall.”
“I went in for a return and asked about an issue I had with an online order (last ditch effort), to my surprise Whitney was able to find the help I needed and get the issue taken care of right there. She was a pleasure to meet and I'm so glad she was there to help. The store is very clean and organized and the staff was all very cordial. This Torrid isn't my home store but I would make the trip to have another experience like today's.”

Yodit assisted me with purchasing a Wicked Crossbody purse and was incredibly helpful and professional throughout. She guided me through the process and made sure I got my discount, which I really appreciated. Yodit’s friendly and attentive service made my experience memorable and enjoyable. “I have been shopping at this location for years. It is definitely the best LB store in the greater Seattle area. I'm surprised to see bad reviews, but many of them look like one-time guests who were maybe having a bad day. The manager of this store is very personable and remembers the regular customers. She's great! This location always has the best selection and service is always good. The store can be very busy and you do have to wait for a dressing room sometimes. But that is just another sign of their great selection and service.”
“Plenty of inventory. I asked them to hold a handbag I wanted to buy and they graciously did that and I went and picked it up a couple of hours later. Browse around the store and found other items. The employees were very nice”

“I had probably one of the best experiences I’ve ever had when shopping yesterday. I have never bought a pair of jeans from buckle before, so when it came to style, wash, low rise, high rise, I had no idea what I wanted. The most amazing, kind, and helpful employee named Devin stayed with me for at least an hour bringing me so many different styles. She even tried on some of the same jeans with me so I could see how they fit from a different perspective. She did nothing but hype me up, and was honest with me when it came to what looked best on my body type. Never in my life have I felt so confident and comfortable in a pair of jeans, let alone with any employee I’ve come across. THIS GIRL SERIOUSLY DESERVES A RAISE!!! She’s genuine, kind, helpful, and made my shopping experience so much fun (I’m usually stressed and overwhelmed when shopping) but something about her made me feel at peace. I left feeling content, and confident. THANK YOU SO MUCH DEVIN. I highly highly recommend looking for Devin when you stop by. She’ll make sure you’re taken care of ;)”
