“I had a great experience with Kent Auto Repair a little over a year ago. I initially visited them to get my freon refilled, but unfortunately, it leaked out soon after. I returned, and their team was incredibly responsive. They quickly inspected my AC system, discovered a leak in the condenser, and had it replaced by the end of the next day. Their efficiency and customer service were impressive. “Tow operator was nice and responsive, gave a time of 2p. Driver was supposed to call but I ended up calling after they were 20 mins late. Eventually showed up and had the tow completed by ~approx 2:51p. I don’t mind that they were late - sometimes stuff happens. The driver was nice but what I was uncomfortable with was that he asked me to go to a “website on my phone.” I thought this was to deal with payment maybe. Eventually they took the phone from me and went here and gave themselves five stars. They attempted to give themselves a rating on another same company but different division (?) but I had to pull my phone back from them. Overall, the tow itself was fine, vehicle arrived as expected. I did /not/ like how pushy the driver was about reviews.”
