I picked up on 8/17 around 8:30 pm. I was happy with the vehicle I got. The guy at the front desk, girl at the exit and the guy at drop off were great. The reason I’m giving 3 stars was because of the lady that showed me, the cars that I could get. She was rude, no customer service at all.

It was a smooth and quick process. And then,
Sarah at Alamo garage check out was the best! The only person to say, Happy Birthday! Traveling today, 6 people looked at my drivers license. Thank you, Sarah!?

Have rented through Alamo at SeaTac airport twice before and also this time had a wonderful experience. Customer service was awesome and car worked well. Seat was a little dirty and a couple of small dents on the sides, but overall a was a great experience. Alamo will be my next vacation rental.
