I've had to hold packages a few times and Carol is so great about making sure they are where they need to be. All the ladies here are super sweet and I especially love all their support for the LGBTQ community!”
“New owners as about a year ago. These folks do a great job, and I'm a picky/high maintenance/demanding customer. They get to know you and start anticipating your needs. That kind of customer service is rare and I really appreciate them for this family run business. And no, they didn't incentive me to write this, if you look at my other reviews, you will see I'm picky and a tough one to please.”
“If you need a document notarized this is the place to go! Josh has awesome customer service. It's also a Fed Ex drop off location and other mailing services. Very knowledgeable. Also mailboxes for rent if you need one.”

In regards to negative reviews, let me say this. I am doing business in this store 3-5 days a week, and have the opportunity to watch and overhear interactions. I will say that the majority of the time it is the customer who is the challenge.”

“The husband-wife duo was supremely helpful in their advice and efficiency in getting my important pkg to its destination across the country. They made at least four suggestions that I followed..........and I've shipped hundreds of pkgs before. They went out of their way to creatively make sure my pkg was safely packed and didn't even charge me for the little but important extra that they did. I wasn't EVER going to use this business because of their name, but I needed DHL and they were the only ones. It turns out that DHL in the U.S. can only be international (undoubtedly due to powerful lobbying from FedEx and UPS). I was also totally screwed over by another, nearby, small mailing business last year and was also not going use another small mailing business, but I will definitely use this one again......despite their awful name! (Started and named by a British guy, BTW, who didn't understand its origin!)”
“Not sure why they only have 3.4 stars. I arrived to get some very important documents notarized and shipped. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and professional. They answered all my questions and helped me with any issues I might have had. I was hesitant to go to the location , because of the ratings. However they are within walking distance of my home. Honestly Im glad I did, I was in and out with no issues or complaints.”
“UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP... met the owner while he was training his team and cleaning up the location he just took over. I would tell you I was impressed with how he was explaining the process to the employee... as a customer felt comfortable having them ship a family chest for me. They made a custom box and wrapped it before shipping. Cost was not inexpensive, but feel was fair for service provided. Try this location out!”
