“Super fun excursion for kids of all ages. Seems like parking can be a bit tight. You have to make a reservation online, but timing doesn't seem too strict. Bathrooms are just porta potties”

“This is a beautiful place to walk around on a sunny day! There's very little change in elevation so it should be very accessible for people with lower mobility or who don't do well with inclines. I didn't notice any bugs when I went in late June. If you have a ticket at the Social Service Office nearby, this is a great place to kill some time while you wait!”

“We adopted our little lady just under a month ago and we could not be any happier! Her name is now Juniper, or “Juni” for short (Lavender at adoption) and she is the sweetest addition to our family? homeward pet was so so amazing during the entire process and you can truly tell how much they really care for each individual animal. The staff was all so kind and helpful and the place was kept really clean for the animals! I would 1000% adopt through them again!

Below are some photos of our little lady and her new sister/bestie??”

“This organization is an unsung hero in the Puget Sound Region, providing invaluable services and support to individuals with disabilities. At the heart of their mission lies a three-pronged approach, deeply rooted in Spiritual connection. The Spiritual Ministry fosters unity among people, embracing the core values of life, work, play, and community engagement. By connecting friends of Bridges to the local church they serve both the individual and those they connect with. The Guardianship Agency program, the second prong of their mission, is dedicated to facilitating the integration of individuals with disabilities into the fabric of society. It's a beacon of hope, ensuring that no one is left behind. However, the largest ministry of Bridges Disability Ministries is their Meyer Medical Equipment Center, which ensures mobility equipment is accessible to all, regardless of income. From wheelchairs to walkers, electric wheelchairs to crutches and scooters, they are the lifeline for those in need. We used this ministry to serve our mom when her Medicaid failed to provide a decent wheel chair in a timeline that was within her lifetime. We are so grateful!Bridges Disability Ministries is making a profound impact. They're not just supplying medical equipment; they're supplying independence, dignity, and a brighter future for all.”

“I attended LWTG with both my children and had a great experience. We're sad to have aged out of the program. We loved having Teacher Kris all the years we were there. The space is full of fun activities for the kids and they change out frequently so the kids have plenty to play with, learn with, and explore. The parent education part has been very helpful for us, especially with out first. We've also made lots of great connections with other families throughout the years there. I would highly recommend!”

“I have been associated with the Bellevue Clubhouse for five years now. These past five years I have had the opportunity to meet some of the kindest most genuine people I have ever met. The staff are competent and friendly and the colleagues at the clubhouse are amazing. I hope to be a part of this community for years to come.”

“Probably the last piece of old Redmond left over from the 70s in the 80s and total nostalgia for those of us who remember the dinosaurs and for the younger kids who want to experience the dinosaurs FOE is the place to go. Great cooks great prices. Great kitchen, superb Parking and fantastic team spirit watching the Seahawks beat the snot out of the heathen Eagles, wonderful heated outdoor area for those of us who enjoy cigars and the lake and keeping the rain off of our heads. All kinds of entertainment from pull tabs to internal prizes and competitions it’s a great place. You really need to go there and enjoy the atmosphere. They open early and stay open late. Just the kind of thing to beat those holiday blues..”

“For an auxiliary or Lodge, this is one of the best. Great management, good chef, super live music (generally twice a week), good bar (alcohol and non-alcoholic) and service, activities and most of all, they support our Veterans. Their memorials are the best. Sorry, if I posted pictures, it would just be of friends dancing.”

“I love their native plants - this is one of the few places I can find them. That said, a lot of the plants are quite expensive (although they do have a few $5 annuals, many of which will reseed), so I think the average gardener will find themselves buying just a couple. You really have to be a dedicated (or deep-pocketed!) enthusiast to buy a $14 trillium that's 2 inches tall and won't flower for another few years! I've attached some photos of flowers I've bought from Oxbow in the past.”

“This venue is MAGICAL! Summer concerts and winter do not disappoint. This venue has provided my happiest memories dancing with my mother (AKA Tiny Dancer) who suffers mid/advanced Alzheimer's. Dancing to the fabulous music has brought so much joy! From the moment you see Carnation Farms you feel a sense of peace. Well worth a visit!”
