“Good quality of glooming service. I took my two huskies to the pet wash shop for the first time. The facility was clean, and my pet looked and smelled clean afterward. However, there was one issue with undisclosed pricing, as I ended up paying a significant difference from the quote I got from the phone call to the final price that was asked for at the end.

I’ve been bringing my huskies in for grooming several times now, and their service has always been excellent. My huskies always look beautiful when I pick them up. They've also improved their communication about pricing.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Eastside Auto Salon! Michelle and Joey were really incredible to work with. After an unfortunate incident involving plastic bags full of canned goods, and a teenager eager to lend a hand unloading groceries, Joey worked some serious magic to successfully polish out multiple scratches from the bumper of my new BMW. Michelle and Joey were patient with answering all of my questions, and they were super accommodating to me making the trip up from Olympia. I would 1000% recommend this shop to anyone, and I'll definitely be back in the future for detailing and additional services!”
“Luke's is the only shop I trust my car with. I first went to them for a second opinion when another shop quoted me about $4,000 worth of work that "needed" to be done on my car. After Luke's inspected my car, they let me know that several of the items mentioned by the other shop would not be necessary for a couple more years. In fact as of now, it's been about 3 years and I still haven't needed to replace some of those parts! They basically saved me from getting scammed.
Since then, they've handled everything on my car with efficiency and integrity. They even gave me an entire brake service for free to make up for a small oversight during my last inspection. They always let me know which items are high priority and which ones can wait, so I can budget effectively for any repairs. And they are also super kind, going above and beyond, even for someone young like me with a beat up old car. Thanks, Luke's! You're the ?”
“The owner did a wonderful job cleaning my car and getting it ready for sale. He did extra work that I hadn't expected such as cleaning under the hood and in the trunk. The price was higher than I had originally hoped to spend, but there were no surprises. We agreed on a price, and he stuck to it. And considering how much time he spent cleaning, it doesn't work out to very much per hour of his time. I now feel that the price was more than fair for the amount of work he did.”

“After washing my car, noticed that my wheels were still dirty. So I approached their staff for some cleaner & more towels. Edward approached me, even came over to my car to look at level of dirt and offered to go through the wash again, but also helped to spay my wheels with some special solution.
While it didn’t get ALL the grime off, it was still much better and helpfulness of Mr Edward was very much appreciated. Looks like he really wants the best for his customers.

It was coated in so much fluffy plant material that it looked furry, but the "fur" was so well stuck you couldn't just sweep it off. I couldn't believe the difference after 30 minutes of work. “The attendants here are extremely helpful! One staff member, noticed my antenna, and kindly removed it for me so it wouldn’t get damaged in the wash. Just before entering the machine, I realized that my sunroof wouldn’t fully close, and a staff member helped me tape it up so that I could still get a wash today. I am extremely grateful for their attentiveness and non-judgmental help.”

This location is newly renovated so it was a bit confusing at first but it makes sense to maximize the number of people they can get through. Height clearance at this location: 7 ft. “Great touch less car wash, no paint scratches here from the brushes!! Excellent price for the quality. Dryers work well, exiting the bays can be awkward though, like Austin Powers 15 point turns but that's the only downfall! Be sure to see the attendant for a free air freshener that won't give you a headache!”
“I work at MSFT. Seen this place for awhile but never went there due to the poor reviews. Anyway, I had rodents nesting in the engine bay of my beautiful immaculate Mustang GT the last week or so. Opened the hood up and saw some droppings and paw prints (to my horror). Called these guys as I was busy with work and John, the new manager (who is a few weeks into the job, but an experienced detailer) picked up the phone, fit me in the same day and cleaned up the engine BEAUTIFULLY for 40 bucks or so while I worked upstairs. He covered the sensitive parts with bags, sprayed degreaser and hosed it down. Very happy, will be back again as long as he is manager.”

“Let me start off by saying how great the crew is, I came through after a day of mudding I had mud up to my roof they handled the situation exceptionally. Austin, Gabe and Gavin scrubbed the sides and where completely unfazed by how dirty my car was. they even offered to rewash it after the first pass. Excellent customer service and care.”
