They did an amazing job with some stubborn exterior stains I had for more than 2 years and, few coffee stains on the back seat.They gave me a price quote at drop-off and nothing changed (No surprise fees or add-ons) when I went back to pickup my car. “Great service, quick way to get your car sparkly clean. The attendants are always friendly and nice. The cost is a bit high but expected for the area and convenience. This location is newly renovated so it was a bit confusing at first but it makes sense to maximize the number of people they can get through. Height clearance at this location: 7 ft. Cost for the Beary Bright wash about $15”

“I work at MSFT. Seen this place for awhile but never went there due to the poor reviews. Anyway, I had rodents nesting in the engine bay of my beautiful immaculate Mustang GT the last week or so. Opened the hood up and saw some droppings and paw prints (to my horror). Called these guys as I was busy with work and John, the new manager (who is a few weeks into the job, but an experienced detailer) picked up the phone, fit me in the same day and cleaned up the engine BEAUTIFULLY for 40 bucks or so while I worked upstairs. He covered the sensitive parts with bags, sprayed degreaser and hosed it down. Very happy, will be back again as long as he is manager.”

“I stopped in to find out if I needed a little buff out or a body shop from a little scrape in the parking lot. Lee checked it and said he could make it a lot better but maybe not perfect. They did a quick clean and polish and got it looking great. I was very happy with the result. While I was waiting I signed up for an exterior detail, paint correction and ceramic finish. I can't wait to see it after the detail. Good people, clean shop and lots of expertise.”
