“I had a great experience with Christy, the Branch Manager in Sammamish. After spending over 2 hours with no success working with the WaFd phone representative to try to determine why my online autopayment was not posted as usual, I called the local branch. Within ten minutes, Christy was able to determine that when the online banking system had changed on November 15th, they had canceled my autopayment. She helped me setup autopayment at the branch. Really great customer service - she made the extra effort to help and I am grateful.”

“For over 9 months, I’ve been unable to get any assistance in adding my partner to my bank account other than “you have to go in person but we can’t tell you where” from the customer service phone line. (We’ve been in Seattle where Chase has either temporarily closed locations due to covid or won’t offer appointments for bank account needs.) We walked in to this location last week hoping to get some help, as well as make a sort of complicated deposit. Lowie, Mary, and Jennifer were all incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. They made sure they took care of everything, even as they were closing for the day. We really appreciate it.”
“Overall I'm very satisfied with US bank Branch in Sammamish.Their bankers are very helpful and professional, they also speak additional foreign languages, and that is very beneficial for Indian and Russian-speaking communities in Sammamish.I’ve also had notary service done there a couple times before with no issues.I have had lots and lots of personal and business banking relationships in my 20+ years of being an accountant and so I know great service when I see and experience it.”

“Review is not for the bank, it is for the branch. I think they did a great job. 1. They’ve been proactive, called me and suggested to facilitate solving my problem. 2. At the branch all docs were already ready for me when I arrived, explanations were clear. 3. Good nice smiles and quick professional work. 4. Even if junior team member didn’t know smth others stepped in, helped and worked as a team. Branch definitely deserves higher rating than it has today.”
