I had a great experience at this bank. Very helpful banker! Not sure why others commented so negatively.

Very poor experience with new setup, no one is in the lobby to help. Employee asks customers on who is the next in line to be helped. Employees look stressed and for simple things like stop check payment there is an only single employee that can help and rest of the employees move with a fancy tablet.

Very. Slow service 50 minutes to cash a single check
