“I have had my accounts at Columbia Credit Union since 1997. I have been using the Hazel Dell branch since I moved to this side of town in 2015. I always get friendly, helpful customer service and have never had any issues. Sometimes teller service can be a tad bit slow, especially when they're busy, but it's never too bad.”

The customer service employee Mr. Hernandez has helped me multiple times and as been nothing less than outstanding. He has gladly assisted me with any problem that arose in a friendly and professional manner. If any US bank member ever has card/account problems I would highly recommend contacting the Woodland branch of US bank for this individuals assistance.”

For years our teacher friends told us about how wonderful IQCU was, but as an ex-banker it was hard to believe. I don't know why I put up with my other bank for so many years. Not only is everyone at IQCU gracious the minute I walk in the door, but they are well staffed, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. As a customer - and a person - I feel appreciated and valued. They also generously support local community groups, events, the schools and non-profits.”

52381 Columbia River Hwy, Scappoose“WAUNA is a friendly local credit union, my home branch is Astoria, but I had to get a cashiers check while making a big purchase in Vancouver, and this Scapoose branch was the closest. Easy to find, small parking lot, I was greeted as I entered and was helped immediately. Quick, friendly and efficient. ATM available thru first door. So I appreciate having several local branches; the drawback with WAUNA in general is their poor interest rate pay and putting ridiculous stipulations on earning it - mainly requiring you to use a debit card several times each month in order to trigger interest. I mean, WHO PAYS with a debit card when you want to get those airline miles!? And its not competitive rate. So I dont keep any real money here. I did appreciate that they did not put a hold on external transfer of cash from the place I DO keep my real money to WAUNA.”
“I went into the St. Helens branch today to complain about the ATM being down, third time in a week. The gentleman I spoke to completely disarmed me and I left happy to have met him. Thank you sir and contrary to what I said, I hope to see him again!”

Theyre online website doesnt work correctly theyre customer service isnt helpful at all if you have a debit card that is for unemployment. Before you can even pronounce the word unemployment they say oh we dont deal with that. And send you to unemployment who sends you right back at them and then you realize your screwed. And all you can do is think key bank sucks and so does unemployment but not as bad as key bank.”
“wonderful established business , i am a caregiver for a veteran who has earned his retirement from working and maintained the I-5 bridge and military retirement. he has always had a smooth transfer with all the changes in banking with this bank for over 40 years, friendly service tends to keep a close secure eye on their people for any abnormal activitys and are quick about squaring up any issues with his account.”
“The teller that assisted a few days ago me was amazing! When I arrived I was very ill and in a hurry. I hate to admit it but I was grouchy and rude with her but she reacted with total professionalism. She was completely unfazed and carried on helping me with concern and warmth. Of course I apologized and she was very gracious in response.Every person in the branch has been wonderful to us during our almost six year membership.”
