There needs to be better communication between sales and parts/service so that things don't get screwed up. I had a bad experience, but someone took the time to get it taken care of, which I greatly appreciate. I just wished it didn't take so long to get it taken care of. Always room for improvement.

Worst service department around. Save yourself the headache and go to Walla Walla or sunny side area Honda dealers, for purchase or service , really anything, I wouldn't let them change my oil. Zero customer service skills , no returned phone calls... the list goes on.

I've been struggling and Jacob helped me in so many ways! He's gotten me into 2 cars and both of them have been so good to me! He's an awesome employee and I will return to him when needing a trade in or new vehicle in general
