“My daughter was in a fender bender, she is a student and lives in Seattle. I spoke with Lilly and she went above and beyond to get me in for an estimate and repairs relatively quick (within a week), unfortunately the vehicle ended it up being totaled , She showed me all the hidden damage underneath the bumper and hood, I bought this vehicle 3 years ago for my daughter and I guess the vehicle had been wrecked (totaled before ) , the car was built with different parts , not even the same make of my car, this car even had frame damage (unsure if it’s new or from before) . Lilly was so kind and profesional in every step , when talking to my husband, my daughter and myself. She responded even after hours and gave us a lot of support on this whole process. it’s a relief to be able to find people you trust, they will have my business from now on. I would recommend them to everyone.”
