4110 NE 4th St #c, RentonI got Griswald about two months ago, he’s a beautiful German Shepherd/Husky Mix.
My first week with him was awful; he nipped at two of my friends and growled at everyone. I had serious reservations and thought seriously about taking him back many times the first two weeks.
Lizzie Gould, a trainer at Petco, said she would help train him in private lessons and help him be a better dog.
Two months later and he is gold!!
She was patient and answered all my questions and helped me get him to being a truly great dog.
What a turn around!
She’s terrific. If you’re thinking of training your dog and need some help, check her out!
Also, a huge shout out to ALL the employees of the Renton store. They were all super, and honestly were a huge support, listening to my problems and also helped to socialize Griswald when I would frequently bring him in to say hi, which was many times a week.
The store manager, Rebecca, has been especially supportive and helpful.
Griswald continues to mature and get better and better! It was great to have these folks support me through a very difficult period and help Griswald find the great dog within himself!

1314 Union Ave NE STE 3, RentonWe have tried all the local groomers and Happy Paws is the BEST' my mom's dog is a brat, Holly is old and spoiled...and she usually has to be muzzled. She barks and snaps and is so annoying! and everyone complains about her. When we picked her up from Happy Paws she was fine, just mellow and happy she didn't try to bite them or escape. She looks so cute and her nails are trim . Finally found a place we. A trust and totally worth the price. You get what you pay for. Highly recommend for the personal touch.

123 Mill Ave S, RentonI have an older Yorkie that is normally very nervous to new people and places. They took great care of him and I felt they gave him the love and attention needed to keep him calm and comfortable. The grooming was done very professionally and I do not have anything bad to say! They even took my larger, 58lb, dog in to trim his nails even though they do not groom/bath dogs that large. Petsmart would not touch him because he is very vocal and difficult for nail trimming. They were able to get it done quickly and handled him great!

They answered all my questions and even followed up the next morning to help explain any side effects and to check how Mama was doing. It’s obvious the people here really care about pets. My other cat, Sage, goes to them as well, and they are just as caring in a normal office visit as they are for surgeries. I’m so happy I found this clinic and their doctors!

1700 NE 44th St, RentonI have been coming here over 1 year. I've seen most of the vets and would recommend this place. The prices are higher than our last place but our experience is much better here. Anytime our pets have been sick, they have seen us same day majority of the time. One out of at least five sick visits, we saw them next business day. Our last vet would always recommend we go to ER because they never had appts or we would have to call at 7am to fight for an urgent visit appt which I could never get in. Everyone is friendly as well.

2000 Benson Rd S, RentonWe came to the Brewmaster's Taproom on Saturday as a party of 2 at 5:00 on Saturday. It was lively but not too busy-we were able to find seating quickly. They do not serve food here, but I appreciate that they encourage you to bring your own. We saw a lot of people with pizza and to go boxes. The bartender was kind enough to let me try a few beers before I settled on my two. I loved their selection-they really had something on tap for every type of beer lover. Multiple IPAs, Pilsners, Stouts, Goses...etc. They sell some beers to go as well as some locally made goods. I would love to come back!

1000 Garden Ave N, RentonAn amazing hot dog cart near Lowe’s in Renton. I have had the Louisiana hot dog which is on the spicier. I have seen for the first time using cream cheese in a hot dog but it really tasted delicious. Remember to add loads of jalapeño, sauerkraut and mustard.
The person serving the dogs was extremely friendly and helped me choose the dog as per my taste needs. Service is super quick. Nothing to talk about the ambience as it is a road cart.
Definitely a place I will come back to again and again. It’s a delight for dog lovers.

The space was intimate and the by the glass offerings and wine tasting options were great. We spent a few hours there and ordered takeout from next door to enjoy while sipping on our wine. You can bring your own food in, which is a nice option. I perused the wine bottles offered and was pleased to see a wide variety of options. I will surely be back as this is a tucked away gem.

735 Hardie Ave SW, RentonMy sister and I visited Dutch Bros on 12/5 around 11:15AM and the barista who was at the drive thru window was so amazing. The drive thru entrance to this location was a bit tricky-- we had to circle around twice to get to it, haha. But we were determined to get our coffee and I'm so glad we did :) I asked the barista what was popular and she recommended many drinks and said we could also create our own. I settled on their current holiday drink, the Hazelnut Truffle and my sister got a drink that she described to the barista and the barista said they could make what she wanted for her. I forgot to tell her that I wanted my drink made with whole milk and they graciously remade my coffee for me-- so kind! I wish I lived closer, this would be my regular go-to spot, but I will come every time I am in Renton. Thanks for an awesome first experience and keep up the amazing customer service!

It's my go-to spot whenever I have friends visiting from out of town. Today, friends from Irvine, CA, were raving about it and said they need one of these shops back home. Fingers crossed the owner sees this and considers opening a location in Irvine! The shop's clean, high-quality presentation--right down to the packaging--is truly impressive. I can't get enough of it. Definitely coming back soon!
