“Super responsive and helpful. The printer in my class had not been serviced in a long time and the number to call for service had rubbed off the sticker. I called the number for the local office and they were able to provide me with the exact number to call for my account and how to request service. I was expecting service to take at least a week but the technician came out to the school the next day. Mind you, I called on a Thursday, the technician came out the next day and informed me of what needed to be done after he inspected the printer. Tuesday came and the same technician came and performed the repair. Would highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!”

“We looked for movers and junk haulers for our office move. We compared a lot of moving companies and a lot of hauling companies on many platforms: price, inclusion of an electrician, whether products would be recycled if possible, diversity of staff, diversity of ownership. We ended up deciding on Apex first for our office move. Choosing a company to do the breakdown and hauling took us a few weeks longer; but we decided on Apex again. We were very happy with the family who moved our office furniture, boxes and whiteboards to our new location. And they were the same ones who broke-down and hauled out everything we were not taking with us. We appreciated them removing our whiteboards from the walls in our old office; that was very important to us.They were great to work with, fantastic people.-Washington Health Alliance”

“Wonderful customer service. We really appreciated this store and the friendly helpful employees. We bought an item that ended up needing to be returned. When we arrived there was a local outage because a vehicle had taken out a power pole and Internet was down impacting many businesses in the area.The employee at the store took our item and then promptly processed the return after the service was restored. This saved us a return trip to the store and a lot of frustration.Excellent store with awesome selection snd service that is above and beyond. Thank you !!”

“Haven't been to Office Depot in awhile. Used to have a business which required me to go often, even had a business account here, yet lately just haven't had a reason - this time, needed to drop something off for FedEx - so that's a lovely service, although I wish they would give you a receipt as proof of drop off; it's a bit unsettling to see them just put your package on a shelf and say you're all done. But anyway. I've thought for a long time that the interior of any Office Depot was a bit dusty and empty looking - in spite of being full! And this location is no different. The furniture in the back especially looks kind of haphazardly arranged. Not very appealing if you are hunting for office furniture. I had fun browsing the school supplies, though, and picked up some cute items, including a fuzzy pencil holder, for a friend. Staff. Must note that the staff here is great. Very helpful, friendly, ready to answer questions, always with a smile. Keep up the great work!”
