Terrible branch. Gives bad information and are not helpful. Would not recommend banking here at all

This place is terrible! (I could give it 0 stars if it was available). Went there today (in my wheelchair!) to check my account. Decided to close my account because they harassed my representative and me. Now my account is frozen for a week to 10 days! I can't do anything with it! Not a thing!
