“I've only been to the Renton branch of PSCCU a couple times, but my experience each time was both pleasant, and enjoyable. The staff is both friendly, and professional, and very quick to greet. What usually takes the big banks a half hour to do, such as open an account, the PSCCU staff can do in half that time, without a lot of unnecessary redundant paperwork. They also have very competitive interest rates on savings, cd's, and money market accounts. All in all, a 5 star rating is well earned.”

“I dropped into this BECU because I needed a replacement debit card. I'd had some issues getting one over the phone and after waiting 19 days for it to arrive in the mail, I decided to stop into the neighborhood center. Even though I didn't have an appointment they were able to serve me within 10 minutes of my arrival. The entire interaction was quick and efficient and I walked out with my new debit card about 20 minutes after arriving.Ironically, my other debit card arrived in the mail that day, so I just cut it up. But I think the neighborhood service center did a great job and I would definitely go back.”

I decided to go to Sound Credit Union hoping to get a personal loan with a 7.5% interest rate. I left with all the needed amount in my new account with only 2.44% ??The nice lady (Unfortunately I didn't get her name) worked with me on the loan and then she told me about an option that I have never thought about it. “If I can give this BECU a 10, I would. I came in 40 minutes before they close on a Saturday. One lady came up and asked me how she can help, then assisted me in signing in the electronic queue. There were several customers ahead in line and I wasn’t sure they will be able to get to me before they close. I was afraid they’d get to me only to tell me to come back another day because they’re closed. Luckily, that wasn’t their policy. The young man who helped me was very pleasant and did not try to sell me any products or discourage me from closing my accounts. He was very professional and explained each step of the process. He didn’t try to rush me even though their office was closed by the time he was helping me. They are in every way the opposite of the Wells Fargo in Totem Lake in their customer service. I will recommend them over WF on any given day.”

I was extremely unsure about depositing this check so I came into this BECU to speak with someone and get some advice. I got connected with EXTREMELY KIND, AND EMPATHETIC MEG. P. This lady is an Angel and didn't make me feel stupid at all for almost falling for this scam. Instead she kindly explained to me how these scams work and gave me the reassurance I needed. She greeted me with a kind smile and I've never received better customer service at a bank. Give that lady a raise! Thank you!”
