It was always a five. I've been with them for twenty years but the last four months I keep changing my accounts and I still get hacked. What's up with that?

I took a car loan with SCU. Initially some communication issues, that caused some stress, but these got straightened out in the end.

Disappointed in mortgage side due to lack of communication or follow up.Update: increased star rating due to follow up I received from the mortgage team at this time. Sound overall has been a good experience, and hopefully the communication has been resolved going forward.
