It was always a five. I've been with them for twenty years but the last four months I keep changing my accounts and I still get hacked. What's up with that?

They failed to get me the title to my car after paying it off. My address changed but I updated my address with them, I was told they would send the title to the new address. Several months later, still no title and was told "we mailed it to the address from the loan so now we can't do anything." Even though they were given the new address and told me they would mail it to the new address. Now I have to file paperwork and pay fo their error. The car loan I paid off 10 months ago still shows on my credit report as having a balance of several thousand dollars. So annoying!!!!!!!

Disrespectful Staff. Customer Service Sucks. I Am Closing Both Of My Online Personal Accounts. If They Don't Like You They Lock Your Account. I Can't Use My Own Money.I Wish I Could Use A Zero (0) Star !!!

Racism in the "equal opportunity" establishment should not be tolerated, nor allowed, as that is by law. I have reported your business for racism harassment and bullying via your male racist bank teller and his racist customer for both of their behaviors. I have also reported you to the civil rights for violations which was caught on your bank cameras. No thank you for covering up and deleting reviews to save your company. Again it's supposed to follow non-discrimination laws that were passed and set in place for established businesses. You can answer to the US govt. for covering up a civil rights matter.

I was really excited about the CD interest rates with their bank but it has been difficult to coordinate a time to come in and open an account because of my partner's work schedule. We came in today around 4:30 pm. The teller was nice and told us to wait in one of the office room while she checked with the banker if we could set up a CD account. We waited up to 15 minutes to be told that they were not able to open an account for us at the moment because the bank representative did not have time and it was the end of the day-they close at 6 pm. We weren't investing a million dollars but a good amount. They did apologize but it did bother me because it feels like they don't value their customers or go out of their way for them. The teller mentioned we should call their customer phone line-I did and they have very long waiting times. Plus I don't feel like I want to keep waiting on the phone and in their bank. They set up an unofficial appointment time for another day but I already have a bit of a negative impression with them. I looked up another credit union with similar rates but less flexibility then Sound. The other credit union has decent telephone services with no long waiting times. I have seen this other credit union goes out if their way for their customer. I think we will choose the Salal credit union over Sound to do our business with.

I took a car loan with SCU. Initially some communication issues, that caused some stress, but these got straightened out in the end.

Really had a wonderful experience with Zoltan who is the Branch Manager at this location. He was able to start my account opening process in between appointments and then finished me up the next day. Took the time to get me all setup, quickly processed and all squared away in a highly personalized manner. Throughly impressed with the professionalism and accuracy of my account opening. Glad I made the switch from Chase, already a much better experience.

Banking has been wonderful with Sound. Disappointed in mortgage side due to lack of communication or follow up.Update: increased star rating due to follow up I received from the mortgage team at this time. Sound overall has been a good experience, and hopefully the communication has been resolved going forward.

They don't explain everything on how the account works. If you open a new account except to not have any access to your money for at least a week. A lot more I would write. But I'm just pissed at the whole situation. Wish I would have read reviews before hand

Great experience. Applying for an account online was taking forever so I decided to visit in person to expedite the process. One of the staff, I believe his name was Nha, offered to push back his lunch break in order to help me. Walked me through everything and was able to open a checking and savings account with no hassle! Took maybe a half-hour to get done what I had been trying to do online for over a week.

Deborah it's a very dedicated person.She was very detailed when it should be. She is above and beyond. Deborah answered all the questions I had in my mind, even before I asked, because she was explaining all step by step proces. That was really great. I had a previous experience I don't want to talk about it with other bank. Sound credit union is absolutely the best choice. And Deborah is on of the greatest assets for this great institution.

Deborah at the Bellevue Branch took care of me. She went over and above to make sure things were done correctly and efficiently. I had some bonds as part of an estate. It's not an easy process and I had a ton of questions and needed to know it was done correctly. She explained everything and followed through. In these times when customer service is lacking, it's nice to know she is on my side. No question is too stupid. She'll double check things on her end before saying no. If she doesn't know how to do something, she figures it out on her end. I hope she goes far with Sound Credit Union. They are great to bank with. They are lucky to have her.

Run away! They do not answer the phone, they do not return your emails, they charge you fees that that you cannot answer to or contest because they apparently have a no callback/emailback policy. Worst bank I have every been associated with.
