“We had excellent service with the Redmond, Willows Road office of Enterprise. The Branch Manager, Brendan Davis, runs a great team. We rented for three weeks while our car was in the body shop and used the opportunity to rotate different vehicles as we are looking for a new car. Brendan and his team were helpful with each new selection. Each vehicle was clean and the transactions quick. It's a small shop so the team can be very responsive. Sometimes there are two or three customers there which can lead to a wait of 5-10 minutes, shorter than a major office. The office is a excellent resource for us.”
“I had them paint a replacement mirror housing that broke on my car and they were able to give me a walk in estimate and got it painted within a day which is just awesome! The paint is a 98% match and hard to tell the difference unless you look very closely!”

“We made reservations for a mini-van well before the date it was required. We received multiple communications confirming the reservation and on the pick-up day the vehicle was ready within minutes of our arrival. The vehicle itself was in excellent condition and performed without any issues.”

“We came from san jose to Washington for a visit for the holiday. We rent a car from this location and we took a car for a drive to our place a day after but as swoon as we put a defense on in immediate time the front window of the cars got a big crack starting from the bottom all the way more than 1/2 way. We were hesitant to drive the car back from Christmas light at the park our family we were thinking it might break and glass might come to our face during the drive back home. That event runner our next day event and missed it because we were not comfortable driving a car with broken windshield. We were trying to call the branch but you guys were closed in Sunday so strewing out over the entire situation and who should we call to come and fix it we have my other son-in-law look up for and find out that Kirkland branch were open so my other son-in-law call the branch and they were open and those process takes about hours and we finally changed the car and he gave us $110 discount for the inconvenience but some times inconvenience will running your entire plan especially when you are from different stat so we decided not to go out and stay home and the new car never being used and all it was a horrible memory of it. When we returned the the car in the day off returning gentleman Ben asked hope everything work out after that bad luck and I asked him if I can express my opinion in regards of the entire situation and that was then Ben gave us the full amount back and that created the environment that wow! Someone actually understood and have an emotional feeling for our family and trip here to Settle. Ben action makes it all different. That small gesture made us all happy and we were never forgotten his kindness and understanding and professionalism. I like to say his actions was above and beyond and he is a keeper! I would like to thanks Ben from all of our families from San Jose to Seattle!”

“First, make sure you travel to the Ground floor, park your car & then inside the building deeply hunt for their office inside (located at G floor). Staff is friendly, but do not expect a drop off or pick up facility from them.”

“The company in general works horribly, but there is a driver that I want to talk about who has given me rides for the past year about five or six times. I would like to give a shoutout to Julio and Shelton for being so patient with us and dealing with our craziness. They were both very wonderful and professional individuals. They humored us back and we all shared a good laugh together. Julio is included the photo I’ve attached! He humored us with taking a photo together. “I am very pleasantly surprised with this company's customer service department, particularly the prompt customer service I received from Mayra. Not only did I get a response with in 24 hrs I also got a complete resolution of my complaint that I am 100% satisfied with. I had emailed the zipcar customer service department to inquire about refund on the application fee because I wasnt aware at the time of signup that the didn't service my current area and I would have no need for their services. I had expected like must company's the would be greedy and state that application fees are non refundable. They didn't get no hassel at all the just refunded me no problem. It is such a nice relief to see a company actually care more about customer service then making buck. Even though the refunded my measly $25 back to me..... they will make much more off all the recommendation to other potential customers I will be giving. Go with a company that values its customers.”

“I booked a family trip to Los Cabos. I had the most amazing experience with Costco Travel. The agents were pleasant and great to talk with. I had an all inclusive package which included air travel, ground travel, food and drinks package. All at a great price. I received so many perks for booking through Costco. I had to make some adjustments to my ground travel from the hotel to the airport. Holly assisted me and gave me a call back to confirm my adjustment. I would recommend booking your next trip with Costco.”

“I'm not sure how excited anyone can get about a moving truck.... but we had solid service and no issues with our trucks (we rented here 3 separate times). We recently did a move from the east aide of Cascades to the West. This is hands down the best place we found going east of Seattle, unless you want/need to drive all the way to Yakima or Spokane.”
