“Luke's is the only shop I trust my car with. I first went to them for a second opinion when another shop quoted me about $4,000 worth of work that "needed" to be done on my car. After Luke's inspected my car, they let me know that several of the items mentioned by the other shop would not be necessary for a couple more years. In fact as of now, it's been about 3 years and I still haven't needed to replace some of those parts! They basically saved me from getting scammed.
Since then, they've handled everything on my car with efficiency and integrity. They even gave me an entire brake service for free to make up for a small oversight during my last inspection. They always let me know which items are high priority and which ones can wait, so I can budget effectively for any repairs. And they are also super kind, going above and beyond, even for someone young like me with a beat up old car. Thanks, Luke's! You're the ?”

Why overpay at the dealership when you can get the same quality and service at a lower cost. Glad I found Chris's shop. I will continue to go as long as I own a Porsche. They have repaired our rear hatch, done a brake job, and replaced a major component in the Volvo engine which was a pretty big job. I found their prices fair. They are experts at their craft. “The owner did a wonderful job cleaning my car and getting it ready for sale. He did extra work that I hadn't expected such as cleaning under the hood and in the trunk. The price was higher than I had originally hoped to spend, but there were no surprises. We agreed on a price, and he stuck to it. And considering how much time he spent cleaning, it doesn't work out to very much per hour of his time. I now feel that the price was more than fair for the amount of work he did.”

“We recently had an issue with one of our cars and took it to Jim's Automotive as we've been doing for years. The day we picked it up, it had a *new* problem, so we had to take it back. We were pretty sure the new problem must have been caused by the work that was just done, but my husband & I are both very non-confrontational and didn't want to bring it up. But when we went back to pick the car up the 2nd time, there was no charge. :-) (Also, the turnaround on getting our car back was very fast both times.) I'm saddened that Jim is gone, but we experienced the same level of service as when he was there. Thank you :-)”

I went in circles for days trying to look it up on the internet.
My sons and I get all our repair work done at Stingray because we can trust the diagnosis, repair, and the fact they do only what needs to be done.”
“I renewed my monthly membership today after having canceled 3 months ago. I canceled my membership originally due to a car wash being near work and the convenience of the location. After several car washes I was noticing water spots and the overall clean was just not up to par. Today I renewed my membership to brown bear due to the quality of the wash being overall way better. The customer service here in redmond Avondale location is also amazing. What a great price and experience. 10/20/2024”
“After a 14 hour drive from Calgary to Redmond, our vehicle was starting to “growl”. As we were about to board our Alaska cruise, we had no time for repairs. Returning to Seattle, we were ready to head back to Calgary but the noise re-occurred. We were staying just a few blocks away so dropped in to Michael’s and asked if he could take a look. He was very supportive, and determined that yes, we had a small hole in the muffler and possible baffling damage inside. However, he assured us we could still drive it home without worry, so our own mechanic could do the repairs. We are so thankful for the quick and friendly service that Michaels showed us and to be able to get home with only a minimal charge. We highly recommend this garage to anyone in the Redmond area.

“These folks are awesome! I came in today with a scary issue when my whole vehicle was shaking while heading down a mountain pass. I was really worried that I'd have to have the brakes totally replaced or resurfaced which I found online it typically would run someone $350-$1,110. Because I purchased the brakes with Les Schwab years ago, they are going to resurface them completely free of charge. It was such a relief!

“We couldn’t be happier with this business. First, a month ago we were helped immediately with an emergency need. While it was not an involved process, we were stunned that the owner of the business, Glenn Connor handled the situation so quickly and to top it off, refused to charge us.
A month later, when our car was in need of serious repair, in part due to an improper repair by an earlier mechanic, Alignments Plus solved our problem incredibly quickly. The original computer diagnosis showed potentially multiple issues causing the problem. The shop could’ve charged us to address these multiple concerns. Instead, they advocated taking one step at a time to see if we could avoid more expensive repairs. And they were right, the step one intervention solved the problem for a fraction of what this shop could have charged us.
And did I mention the delight that it is to encounter Carlos the mechanic? He clearly loves his work and does everything he can to make the customer comfortable and pay the least possible.
I HIGHLY recommend Alignments Plus, for much more than an alignment!”
