“I had a 100,000 mile inspection done here. The mechanic who helped me (Chris) gave his honest assessment and didn't try to upsell me. I even asked about whether to think about shock / strut replacement and he told me the prices and what to pay attention to, but didn't pressure me to do it. Overall, I was happy with the maintenance that I had done.It's worth noting that I dropped my vehicle off at 7:30am and they were open then. Also, if you want to pick your vehicle up after they've closed they can put your keys in a lockbox outside, which made it really convenient for me to stop by at 6pm (i.e. after hours) and not have to rearrange my day.”

“We have been taking our cars here for at least twenty years. This was our first visit since Pete sadly passed. I have to say that Jake is every bit as talented as his dad and pleasant to work with. This time it was because my wife had hit a deer. We only had the one car so we walked around town while Jake made a special effort to finish the job as soon as possible. He's got an awesome crew and they did a great job. We were extremely pleased as always.”

“I have been bringing my car here for the past 5-6 years and have always been given honest and fair advice regarding repairs. Never once have I felt taken advantage of or sold something I didn’t need. Yesterday I dropped off my car without any notice given thinking they might not even have a chance to look at it. “The guys at the Signature Independent are awesome. So far in the past 2 years I have had nothing but good experience with them. Before switching to Signature Independent I used to get my car serviced at the local Seattle BMW dealership which was fine except for their expensive price. I did my homework before going to Signature Independent and found their price to be almost 40 to 50% cheaper than the BMW dealership. I also like the fact that they will take the time to explain everything in detail. I highly recommend these guys if own an older BMW without an warranty.”

“Dropped my car in for a normal oil change and tire rotation. They hadn't started working on the car at the scheduled time even after a few hours and I had to wait 45 mins while they worked on it. While the scheduling was an issue, KJ apologized and comped the entire service as he didn't want a customer to leave unhappy. Very rare to see this great customer service nowadays. Also, their rates were very reasonable. Will return!”

“Cannot recommend this place enough!! I brought in my Mini Cooper for an oil change (this was the first time I went to anyone besides the dealership). They found that the last person who did my oil change (at the dealership) had severely damaged my oil pan, to the point that it needed to be replaced. They took pictures for me, explained the situation, and even explained to the dealership what happened when I called them. I can't remember the front lady's name, but she is AMAZING!!! She reassured me that the dealership should cover the costs of repairs, and even gave me her information if the dealership gave me any trouble. I've been back for a vehicle check, and they very clearly are super honest, and didn't try to upsell me for anything. They are efficient, kind, welcoming, and I trust them completely with my car. Thank you for being an amazing auto shop, I will be going no where else for any work on my car!!! If you are on the fence about trying them out, I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone on the Eastside.”

“I brought my GFs 04 S2000 in to fix a clearcoat issue from a previous bad job, body/paint work on the rear bumper and to replace my exhaust tip that got damaged. I called before showing up, as many autobody shops may not be able to give day of estimates. Kevin said to swing by and he'd take a look. He was able to give and commit to an estimate on the spot that was more than fair price.But here's why they get a 5 star rating... (Keep in mind I know nothing about body work) I inquired about touching up the hood rock chips. Rather than quote it and take my money, Kevin took the time to explain that unless I do the other fender the paint could potentially not match. This was the point that I was pretty sure I'd come to the right place. Other employees loved the car, and talked to me about it while I was there. Picked it up today and it looks brand new.Great work Kevin and the rest of the team! Thank you!”

“I highly recommend this mvp used and new tires company in Kirkland. I didn't have an appointment today, but i called in and the employees welcomed me in. They help me with my budget, tires information, and give great options and recommendations on my future needs to fix my alignment. I had a flat tire, it was completely tore up. I am very lucky it was high quality Pirelli run flats that give me an extra mile or i could've cause an accident. They offer me 3 quality tires, i was in and out of the tire shop. “I saw some negative reviews here so want to share my experience for anyone hesitant to use Kevin's service.First off the owner Kevin responds text after work hours which is not something most owners do, as a business owner myself my work phone is always off on weekends, so Kevin will be ultra responsive.(don't text him after hours unless emergency though)Second Kevin works fast and is honest, I did a PPI (an inspection with him for a car I meant to buy, he gave me a super accurate estimate of repair needed provided full photo, Third, most of my mechanics and ppl who work in my cars are in Tacoma or Renton so after moving up north here, if you are Kirkland/Bothel, try getting your car in with him. It's hard to find good mechanics up north. You wanna build good relationships with good folks.Regarding the negative reviews, I think Kevin is someone really honest, and he even told me to shop around for prices, that fact alone means he's not trying to rip anyone off. For any service industry it's impossible to accurate labor parts 100% so I don't think that should discredit him in anyway! Thanks again Kevin”

“Josh and Tony treated me like extended family from the very first interaction we ever had. They performed a complimentary computer engine light check and reset for me and sent me on my happy way. Later on, they squeezed me in when my car completely died and I needed to have it towed. 2 days later it was road ready! They always spoke very plainly and clearly to me about the work that they felt needed to be done and any possible extra charges so I wouldn't be surprised.
