“I had a crisis when a framed gift was delivered to me at a nearby hotel about 90 minutes before the meeting and I opened the package to find the glass shattered and the wooden frame dinged and scratched. I found New Dimensions on Yelp and immediately headed over and explained my situation. I was not surprised at all to hear that this normally would take a day or so, and even if expedited would take at least a couple hours to re-frame. So I was thrilled when Jade called me back in about an hour and I was able to pick it up, take it to my meeting, and present the gift. I was in a real tough spot, and New Dimensions went the extra mile for me. I found the price very reasonable, especially considering the quality and speed that the work was completed in.”
“The use of negative space was awe inspiring. I think different uses of color & texture makes art much better to enjoy differently than just cruising to each piece.”
“I found this place during a trip to Woodinsville, and was thrilled to find how many good quality art supplies they carry! As an adjunct to a small art gallery, I expected there to be a few brushes and markers, maybe some sketchbooks - but they have a great variety of watercolor paints, as well as other paints and dry media.
The woman who helped me and my husband was really knowledgeable and nice, and helped me decide what to buy (I'm an acrylic painter, new to watercolor) - a bonus, since I prefer spending my money at a small business rather than a big corporate craft store. I really enjoyed my visit there and will be sure to visit and shop again.”
“Sensational in every aspect. .....but I'm prejudiced...Im the owner. We have a 40 year celebration coming up and hope to continue to enjoy a business that we love. We are grateful for all the wonderful customers who have become friends and continue to share their good experiences with their friends. We feel badly about the one bad review and realize it was a bad experience which we still regret having happened (several years ago and Im still concerned).”
“Great place for framing! After getting multiple quotes it is more reasonably priced than other places. And they know what they’re doing! They did an excellent job for me and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. They also do have local art and gifts for sale! Highly recommended.”

240 NW Gilman Boulevard Suite E-F, Issaquah“Jason is a kind and patient teacher with a great sense of humor and flexible teaching style. He is experienced and knowledgeable with many different types of art and breaks down challenging peices into manageable steps. I have been going to his classes for several years and have attended summer camps as well. I would highly reccomend this studio to anyone wanting to grow their art skills.”
“Parklane has some beautiful and interesting art. Uniques pieces. We bought some handmade jewelry, that is unique and one of a kind. Not overly priced. Right in the middle of the action in Kirkland.”
“Tried a class as a gift to ourselves for Valentine's Day. Figured let's learn something new and crafty together. By far best thing we have done. The instructor made the experience fun, safe, and instructive. The shop was super clean and organized. The staff was excellent. Oh, and I didn't have to try to deal with something like Seattle traffic/parking. Thank you to the crew there for an unforgettable experience.”
“Extremely impressed by Cascade Frames. They went over and beyond to make sure our art was done at the highest quality and that we were 100% satisfied with the end product. They were extremely knowledgable not only with the frame work, but with the artist and were able to guide us towards the most appropriate option. The owners personally drove to our house and hung the art for us. I own a small business and have the utmost respect for their follow through. I will ONLY go to Cascade Frames for now on and am excited to check out their personal stash of art as well at the shop. Thank you so much we are 100% satisfied customers.”
“Becca alvin is amazing artist, endlessly creative. (Easter Egg: the back-side of her paintings are more interesting than the front side of many paintings I see around town). Painting is the newest chapter of her artistic journey. From pop singer, to poet, to photographer and now painter. Check out her video on YouTube. Find which painting of hers speaks to you and get it!”
