“I had a crisis when a framed gift was delivered to me at a nearby hotel about 90 minutes before the meeting and I opened the package to find the glass shattered and the wooden frame dinged and scratched. I was not surprised at all to hear that this normally would take a day or so, and even if expedited would take at least a couple hours to re-frame. So I was thrilled when Jade called me back in about an hour and I was able to pick it up, take it to my meeting, and present the gift. I was in a real tough spot, and New Dimensions went the extra mile for me. I found the price very reasonable, especially considering the quality and speed that the work was completed in.”
