“I had the windshield protection film applied to my windshield and sunroof and it looks amazing. Maintenance seems easy enough (mainly just need to clean my wiper blades). Definitely detail oriented- I’d also check out their window tinting. Overall very pleased and loved worked with them.”
“I don’t really want to share.. selfishly, but since Keyon asked if I would I am. First off, let’s talk about how great every person that works there is!! They all looked happy to be at work, communicated to each other, laughed, helped each other and just looked like such a great place to work! Second, They walked me through every step they were making on my car, checked tires, all my lights, Told me what they suggested or was alittle worn out. Third, easy breezy, you sit in your car while they do the work. Even the younger adults that worked there were very friendly, that’s surprising with them growing up in covid.. I’m a teacher so I’ve experienced having a different generation since. 10/10.. Thank you!!”
“I've always had good experiences at Brown Bear. There was an incident where the machine hit our car but luckily no damage was done. Today I had a coupon and I thought I had one more day before it expired. A gentleman came over and kindly told me it had expired a couple of days ago. I was prepared to pay when he gave me a free coupon! He was so kind, went above and beyond on a silly mistake I made. Thank you for your kindness and generosity.”
“I don't use the automatic car wash. I use brown bears self-service car wash. It's always clean works well and a great place to meet new people and chat about our cars.”
“This place was great. After a long drive (from Reno, NV) they did a great job removing the bugs! Price was decent $9 and service attendant was nice. If you're in need of a decent car wash, check them out.”

“Super sweet teens/young adults who did a great job detailing my car. I just drive it across country and was getting it ready to ship overseas. While it wasn't bad because I tried to take care of it myself, the young gentleman there with the beautiful head of curly hair took care to get the bug splatters my car acquired over the week long drive. If I was staying in the area, I'd make this my go to detailing shop. Amazing job and reasonable prices.”

“I went with the cheaper wash today, I still had a little bit of dirt left on there, but I give the 5 star review for the customer service I received from CJ. It was on the later end of the day as it was closing but he was willing to let me run the vacuum as he finished up collecting the trash.”

“Nice modern and maintained car wash. No detailing service. TIP: select service package before inserting card (It will tell you the price then you insert payment) name and sign are cute and stand out. Look for the pink Elephant!There are several fairly small bays that offer the same automated car washes. Prices will vary from what package you get. I can't recall but believe there were 5. Got the most expensive option and the scents are fantastic.I knocked the review one star because the colored foam (the best part!) Was a bit sporadic and one note compared to other washes I have been to in the area. But also there is no power spray washer which allows the freedom to focus on those really dirty spots.But if you have a new car or a well maintained one I would definitely recommend taking your car here every few weeks. The prices are fair and the drive thru wash is very simple and user friendly.”
