“Based on our somewhat limited interactions with Deb in the office since we've only had our unit for about a week. Even though it's a short amount of time and only time can truly convey a customer's overall experience. I will say that compared to other places whom I will not name, I will say that it seems to me that this company truly cares about their customers and their needs pertaining to storage of things. Deb was informative and extremely helpful not to mention friendly and welcoming. Again it's only been like maybe a week since we rented our unit, but the experience we have had with Devon just seems to be different than what have experienced with other facilities in the past. Keep up the great work!

“Great service. Clean facility. There was an invasion of stink bugs in or off the buildings, but maybe it's because there were eggs laid in someone's storage? But the bugs are gone now, and it remains very clean. Only caveat is that price tends to go up by 12% after 6 months, but the manager was upfront about it.”
“I cannot praise Newport Way Storage enough! Ariel has helped me for the last 4 years of having storage there when I had issues with getting sick on the east coast and ing unable to return to deal with my things. They allowed proration until I could get back, which is unheard of with big storage companies. They also did not excessively raise rates like Public Storage did with my Lynnwood space during this absence.Ariel treated me with kindness and compassion, always endeavoring to be helpful like a good friend. This is the kind of customer service the world should strive for and that builds true brand loyalty.I enjoyed our interactions so much that I always looked forward to contacting her as it felt like talking to an old friend, and I am truly sorry to be leaving the space at last!It is a very safe, warm, and clean facility. The free move-in truck is an incredible perk!Could not more highly recommend renting here!”

“I'm not sure how excited anyone can get about a moving truck.... but we had solid service and no issues with our trucks (we rented here 3 separate times). We recently did a move from the east aide of Cascades to the West. This is hands down the best place we found going east of Seattle, unless you want/need to drive all the way to Yakima or Spokane.”
