Either they take three hours to do an oil change & tire rotation or they don't honor appointment times. They took an additional 20 mins to bring out my paperwork. Wish they would've kept me in the loop so I could've gotten a ride home & back.

waited in line for 40 minutes - when my turn came, technician came and said they were closing the shop for an hour and 40 minutes, no explanation. Thought it kind of strange, but a waste of time for sure.

They did a great job restoring the headlights on my 2000 civic, but a terrible job that took off lines of paint on my moms SUV from the 3M tape they use. Customer service was fine and Carlos was accommodating
