“He's busy, but he's awesome! Honestly he's one of the best mechanics I've ever known. He got a part from the dealership using my vin, installed it, and it was wrong and cracked my timing chain cover, dumped 15 quarts of oil on the freeway. He paid to have it towed to his shop, he spent almost a month fixing the dealerships mistake on his dime! Even installed a new water pump and clutch (I only paid for parts) for me since he had to completely dismantle the truck! Like I said, he is busy, so it's not fast service, but it is honest and great work!”

“We purchased a used vehicle on a Thursday evening., on Sat, we had a temp gauge alert go on, that quickly went to red. I called the dealership and they immediately assured me they would send someone out with a trailer to pick it up. ( we live near Shelton) Sunday morning, their guy showed up right on time, was extremely friendly and professional and brought the car back to the dealership. We got a call on Wednesday that the car was ready to go. We drove to Poulsbo to pick it up, but didn't make it make home before the temp gauge alert popped up again. Called Hudson back and was able to drive back and drop it off. They have been amazing at listening to our concerns and replacing first the thermostat and now the water pump. It's always a risk buying a used vehicle, but the guys at Hudson have gone above and beyond to make this right.. highly recommend!”

We were towed by RACQ to his place and he sorted out the fan, re-coring the radiator and we got him to do a service and check the brakes whilst it was there. “Caliber Collision took excellent care of my car. It looks as if nothing had happened to it. I was glad since I had only had the car for not quite 3 months and it only had 13k miles on it (had 9100 when I bought it so was still under factory warranty). They kept me updated on the status of the car and Victoria answered any questions I had throughout the process very thoroughly and reassured me all would be taken care of. We were sure they would do well as they restored my husband's 2006 Denali when he had someone hit it head on and we thought it was totalled. That car is still running strong for him. I totally recommend them to anyone needing collision repair.”

“Great job on what they do just slow with changing two tiers for me had to waite two in a half hours and pay 307.00 witch is okay in price but lost my center wheel bearing cap on my drivers side but at least i still got all three of my center caps for my rims , just don't understand how or why it came off my lugnutts are not covered by any caps so my cap should of never came off the vehicles tier to begin with.”
