Jackson &, Jackson & Lund Plaza, 3280 SE Lund Ave, Port OrchardMy high- energy puppy and I recently had our first experience with this groomer.My puppy’s coat was a matted mess and Mariah did an excellent job cutting her coat down to a healthy level.Unfortunately, I doubt that I can entrust my dog to them in the future.I think communication with pet owners is not their strong suit…but it’s critical to me. Since this was our first visit, they might have at least given me a reasonable expectation of when I would receive my pet back!No, I cannot tell you how to run your business, but I can choose not to patronize it.Thank you, Mariah, for taking care of my puppy!

585 Bethel Ave Suite 160, Port OrchardFirst appointment of what I hope to be regular visits! Brought my two girls in this morning and they look fantastic. I must say, the friendliness of the staff is top tier. I was a half hour late for my appointment, and the girls were so wonderfully understanding about it. Little did they know, they made all the difference in the rough few days I had been having. Such a simple act of kindness on their part and my whole outlook for the week was changed.
As for the quality of their work, it can’t be beat. Both my pups came home clean and smelling wonderful, and even my nervous neurotic girl seemed to be unfazed by the whole experience when I picked her up. They definitely followed my recommendation to the T, because if they hadn’t she would’ve been a ball of nerves when I got her back.
Cannot recommend them enough!

Our pup is so anxious she couldn’t even see another dog outside without hyena howling and trying to escape. After the 1st session our girl can now walk past dogs on the street barking at her with absolutely no reaction whatsoever. Tiffanie is significantly improving both our dogs and our own quality of life!

Gluten free buns are NOT listed on the menu, so be sure to ask and specify if you have an allergy or preference. We each ordered the After School Special burger, one with and one without gluten free options. They were delicious. Something for everyone. The manager greeted and seated us and was super friendly and was taking time to talk to people and make people feel welcome. Attentive but not intrusive servers. Fun and relaxed atmosphere. Definitely come check it out!

Miss Bliss came to us knowing sit, down, sleeping in a crate, and going potty outside! We were treated with a special bag of goodies with a leash, collar, food, toys, a blanket, and more.A great Must Have list was provided for us!Alina loves her puppies and cares for them so well! We love seeing her and the house of puppies and dogs and Alina is always available to answer our concerns and questions! Definitely the best breeder we have ever worked with!!!
