To have someone really go out of their way to make you understand what is best for you in a situation you are not educated on and in an honest way says a ton about the company as a whole and makes it a whole lot less stressful to make a big decision. “Shout out to Riley! Needed to get my transfer of title for my stolen scooter notarized. My bank couldn’t get me in all week, came here on a whim and was immediately helped. And Riley was great! I assumed I needed to fill out the paperwork in front of the notary. When I started, I realized I didn’t know the information I needed off the top of my head. He patiently waited for me to find the information through multiple apps. Was able to return the favor immediately while I patiently waited for him to thoroughly read the document to make sure we completed it correctly. Kept me entertained with a discussion about music the entire time though! Riley was even kind enough to offer his condolences over my stolen bike. Not necessary, but a very nice touch. Ask Riley about the local Portland band he recommended and drop it in your response if you don’t mind. I forgot to write it down!”

“I am new to the container world -- didn't know anything about them, how to buy them, was they cost, etc. But i needed added storage and found these guys randomly on line, and ended up being very happy with them. Turns out, with millions of containers floating around, it can be a crap-shoot, with hundreds of brokers, and who knows what you are really getting. I didn't just want to spend $5K+ on some remote, on-line purchase and I couldn't afford to buy a piece of crap. Jarrod was awesome - he took a lot of time via email and on the phone to explain the various options and helped figure out the best (and cheapest!) solution for me. (Didn't just try to sell me the most expensive rig.) And he was in the office at 6am (PST) to accommodate the east coast -- impressed. I bought two 20 footers. They showed up exactly on time. excellent condition. And the delivery guy was great -- squeezed them in right where i needed them. I'm not a yelper, but these guys are worthy of 4-5 stars.”

He walked us through using it, got us set up with never-ending ink, and even got our accounts added with scanning. I could not have been more impressed with his speed, caring, and friendly demeanor. I will not be going anywhere else for!
