“First let me start by saying Elyssa is the absolute bright spot at this location. She is always friendly and helpful. There are a two other employees there that have poor customer handling skills. Those two employees actually argue (I’ve witnessed it) with customers and act as if they are an inconvenience. On a positive note: the manager is also quite nice as well. The business has convenient hours and is open Sundays too, which is great for me.”

I happened to show up at open on a day that the air quality was bad due to wildfires.....when I called the service number, the determination had already been made to cease operations for the day(which in understandable, and common for the area) After having me hold to verify my pallet was already unloaded and ready to pickup...... There was no hesitation by the workers to pull me around to pick up, when they could have easily used the reason that they are closed, to come back another day.Having workers who are dedicated to customers is getting harder to find, and I'm very appreciative of the professionalism shown by the local UPS Freight employee that helped me.”
