The staff there has always been courteous and business like in there response to me. All branches offer appointments to facilitate services and prevent unnecessary extended wait times. “I have deposited checks by cell phone. They and their call center have improved in knowledge since I joined around 2019. I don't see long lines, although the call center sometimes takes a while. A separate company billed my checking account for $180 which was supposed to be paid by someone else, so Columbia Credit Union local staff successfully disputed it and preserved my money. After their janitor locked their cell phone in the vault by mistake one night, staff called the janitorial company and told them the janitor can use the desk phones anytime for something like that. They had free coffee and creamer last time I went in. They did spell my name wrong at one point on my debit card but their numbers have been 100% accurate. I waited a long time to get the app, because my phone doesn't have much space, but it's worth it now that I can deposit checks by phone. I think their local tellers are very courteous.”

Having immediately called Member Services to cancel my compromised debit card, I was issued another overdraft fee in the meantime while the branches were closed.I walked into the credit union with a sense of loss and shame for something that I understood wasn't my fault, in spite of how it could appear objectively. I was able to walk out with true peace of mind- while even having recovered some of those lost finances! I was educated on how my position plays out in this matter and how I was protected by the institution.I would like to recognize Annie at this branch for her outstanding customer service and quality assurance. I make it a point to visit this branch when I have needs that can't be solved online or over the phone, always pleased by their efficiency and professionalism.”
