“I love banking with this Credit Union. It's an awesome place to do business, the people go above and beyond, to help or accommodate you. They always answered any questions that I might have about my account. Taking the time to get specific details for me. I've never had to wait long in line when I went inside. They're pretty conveniently located and they're adding more branches all the time. They are affiliated with the sharing network of credit unions in case you can't get to them. I haven't had to use that aspect of it yet but I'm sure when the time comes I'm going to be glad it's there.”

“I've been a longtime customer and have always received great service. My dad died leaving behind a huge stack of savings bonds. The bank's policy is to not cash savings bonds for a decedent, even with letters testamentary from a court. It appears to be a widespread problem with banks so Heritage is apparently not alone. Other than that, I have no complaints.”
