I use WSECU for my personal banking and have for the last four years. Now at one point I had an issue at the bank where I got pretty ticked off and was considering leaving. However I did not take my business elsewhere. I met the new branch manager Melissa M. and she heard me out. She acknowledged my concerns and was able to provide a solution and long story short retain my business! Since then I have become friends with many of the staff at her location. Of course my favorite employee is Howard G! He’s a great loan officer with tons of knowledge… But mostly he’s just a great conversationalist!Thanks guys for always taking care of me!”

We waited maybe 2 minutes and a super nice lady helped us make an account. She was informative and friendly.I’m probably going to be switching banks from Wells Fargo to here. “I use Oly Fed for my business banking and I couldn't be more impressed. I was very let down by my previous banking experience and decided to check out Oly Fed based on the reviews I saw. I have hands down never had a better experience with a bank (or really almost any other company for that matter!). They use common sense in banking and develop a personal relationship. Their Business Relationship Banker, Aron Dowel, has been a one stop contact for me (and if he can't help, he very quickly gets me to the right people). They have a small business feel, but with all the tools necessary to meet your banking needs. Overtime, they have gotten me set up with a business credit card, business line of credit, ACH payments (for direct deposit when paying employees) and more. I anticipate my business will be banking with Oly Fed for a long time.”

I have a Pabst Blue Ribbon Credit Card that looks great, and the approval process was fast and easy. I have had the card for over 3 or 4 years now. The interest rate is better than any other card I have ever obtained anywhere. It sounds like I work for them, but I don't. This branch off Sleater Kinney is by far my favorite branch to go to, even though it's a farther drive I know the people there will help me the best they can.the Westside branch isn't nearly as helpful, and I've stormed out because they refuse to give me simple bank statements because they said they couldn't.. I went to this branch afterwards and was kindly helped with no issue. The manager even spoke with me and apologized for the inconvenience even though it wasn't even the same branch I had issues with. This is my Go-to branch for anything now. Love the workers and how they handle everything.”
