Kaiser does a great job every time. Jason is detail oriented and a Mercedes Sprinter expert. Their prices are very reasonable.

I was very excited to see such high reviews for a local place to take my BMW. Unfortunately the greeting voicemail message says they no longer service BMW. Just an FYI for anyone looking for a service location in the area like me.

Jason at Kaiser's is GREAT! Extremely knowledgeable, and this \\\"Sprinter Shop in the Woods\\\" is a GREAT resource!
Mostly we are a private workshop for existing long term clients only. When new clients are considered in the future, narrow guidelines will be in place to determine acceptance of new projects. Successful applicants will have either a referral from an existing client and/or have a special project that would be of interest to a seasoned and curious Mercedes master mechanic. General visitation is not permitted and all interaction are by appointment only.
