“I had the crew at Better Off Road deal with a number of things on my 2013 F150, and they were easy to work with and did good work.Initially I brought my truck in for routine maintenance of cooling system and troubleshooting a random noise I couldn't figure out. They were able to find the issue (a parking brake cable that had stretched and was starting to rub due to my oversized tires), replace it to fix it temporarily, and advise on how to fix permanently.I also brought the truck back in to have a big brake kit I had purchased but never had time to install, some fender flares, and other misc small work. They did a great job with all of it, and had no issues scheduling a follow up to address a minor concern I had that turned out to be nothing.I wish I could find a Ford factory service shop this good.”

“So this place is an auto mechanic. It's somewhere you hope you will not have to visit. And if you do, it will cost far more than what you want to spend.They charge €125 an hour which is basically average and I'm not in a Position to evaluate their skill (which could be high). They had good communication and seemed reasonable.Would I Automatically come back here? No. Would I consider coming back here? Definitely. And that is my advice to you. There are several Auto mechanics in Oak Harbor. Call around and if you like what Jack's says, then come here. They did not overpromise and under deliver so you can make a fairly informed choice.”

I went to get tires replaced on my truck , the poor mechanic assisting me had to stop and answer the phone about 15 times to deal with lazy rude d*** locals asking questions that …. Listen I’m a local . But America has become very demanding . Sad . Precision tire y’all are awesome !!!! Sorry you have to deal with spoiled idiots on a daily basis !!! . If I have to suggest one thing , work with the customers who are physically there first over people too lazy to come drive to see you and ask ridiculous questions over the phone . BUT...the absolute best thing about this place are the RECLINERS, or is it the puzzle table. Oh, I can't decide. But you will hope your car takes a few hours because that is just long enough to take a nice nap in the recliner.”
