Kelly has amazed us with her ability to remember all of our names (even though my husband only sees her once a year). Recently, we've sought a HELOC and the process was seamless. David was especially helpful in explaining everything and managing the application. He was communicative, always available, and on top of it all along the way.”

“I was having issues with a credit card being declined and after dealing with BOAs corporate customer service line for 40 minutes, I was told I had to go into a physical branch to be authenticated. Being as frustrated as possible and having to drive more than an hour out of my way, Daniel and this branch made it as easy as possible to get things fixed. He was extremely personable and professional and could have done nothing more to make my day better. Give this man a raise, he is the reason I will continue to be a customer.”
