“My unit was robbed. They still claim they've never been robbed in 40 years. The website says they close at 6 but that's just the office. And it says their closed on Sunday and Monday. Again, that's the office. The gate hour's need to be posted”

“Due to poor communication on both ends, my wife and I received an invoice for nearly double our quote. At first it was very alarming and frustrating, but Frank and Rob were very kind and were willing to work with us to come to an agreement. It’s a fine line to walk between running a business and being a compassionate human being, but these people did a great job walking that line.
Additionally, they did a great job installing the hitch on the back of our car. It feels very sturdy and looks professional.”

“I don't know if this is the correct U-Haul to rate. But when I got a U-Box in a high stress situation, shipping it from Spokane 1718 miles away it was a highly stressful situation with so many things that could go wrong. And a few things did go wrong in the process. The manager was quick to take care of the issue and more than helped me. I understand mistakes happen. And when it did, I was helped beyond appreciation. You restored my confidence in U-Haul, and I am beyond grateful. I hope this review shows my appreciation for the extra mile that was taken with my U-Box container. Thank you, and I trust the company entirely with my items.
Side note for Corportate, get rid of the wood boxes. The metal ones are 10x better, and even the employees agree with me.”

Very streamlined procedure. I was sitting in my rented truck within 5 minutes of arriving at the U-Haul office and all ready to go.”
