“This is my favorite place to get stickers printed by far!! The difference in quality is night and day from any other sticker manufacturer. They last for ever, keep their colors, and they can do fine details and lines at a really small scale really well. I've thrown some of the stickers on paddles and kayaks and 3 years later they're stuck as well as the day I put them there. They hold their color and don't peal, it's crazy that even the manufacturers stickers on things like paddles deteriorate before any sign of wear on my diecut stickers.Also their customer service is top notch! Everyone is super helpful, proofs get turned around quickly. I live close but the shipping is super fast. Almost every time my order came before the initial estimated completion date!11/10 stickers, they're my absolute go to for high quality stickers that last forever!!”

“I can't recommend Omega Photo highly enough. My sister and I were looking to get some photos blown up and printed for our mother's funeral in less than a week's time, and we walked into this place...three hours before they were scheduled to close down and move to a new location. Everything was in boxes and they clearly had their hands very full. However, they were incredibly kind and accommodating, assured us that they give memorial photos top priority, and would make it happen despite literally being in the middle of moving. On top of that, the photos we wanted to use weren't as high-res as we had hoped, and were going to be a challenge to blow up to the sizes we needed. Well, the Omega staff worked their magic and not only turned around our order in time for the funeral, but did an incredible job blowing up less-than-ideal resolution images and made them look amazing. So many people commented on the beautiful photos at my mom's service. Omega Photo truly saved the day for us and I am so grateful for their kindness and professionalism. She is a great small business owner with empathy, ownership, and customer obsession and willing to listen to customers. I would say that my not very pleasant experience turned out to have a happy ending as I think we have a trustworthy UPS store owner to support our neighborhood. Appreciate it.==== The following is my original one-star review===I cannot believe about the horrible experience on my packages during this holiday season at Lakemont UPS shop. I had 2 critical identification document shipped to me on Next day Air and I requested them to be delivered to the Lakemont store for pick-up because I can’t risk the packages to be left at front door. They were shown delivered on 12/26 1:19pm on the tracking so I went to pick them up. A store assistant named Taylor checked the computer and said “we don’t have them, they were not delivered, you need to call the 800 numbers, we are just store not UPS, we don’t know anything”. I asked if he could just check in the back to see just in case. He showed no sign of helping but arrogance and yelling. I was lucky to talk to the UPS driver who delivered my packages right outside the store. He was so nice and helped me go to the store and ask again. Guess what? They found my packages. Even with the fact, Taylor didn’t show any apology of mishandling my packages and providing wrong information. In the meanwhile, I want to thank Eddie who is really helpful and found my packages at the end, also to the UPS driver who stepped for me and ask/check the store again.”
