Unprofessional thrives.Tech refused to set an appointment time. Very disrespectful to all female staff. Brought and ordered the wrong part. Tech took $435 in cash . Tech shows up 6 weeks later without permission and works on our machines tricking staff into letting him in. Avoid this company at all costs!

100% no. I will never use them again. I've had three or four interactions that rank from moderately disappointing to downright infuriating.
