“I'm writing this review for an exceptional man. His name is Michael. He has worked for Rich's for 19 plus years. He is one of the kindest men I have ever met. I was having issues with my pellet stove and Michael was sent to my home to do the repairs. This man went to work immediately and with in minutes he knew what the problem was and he ordered a part and was back at my home early the next morning. Unfortunately, a couple of days later there was another issue. It was early morning and it was bitter cold outside, with no other source of heat I panicked and I called Michael not realizing it was only 7 am on a Sunday. Michael had given me his personal phone number just in case I had any other problems with my pellet stove. I'm a single 75 year old disabled female. He called me shortly afterward and he was at my home 30 minutes later. He has a very supportive loving wife who allowed him to jump out of bed and come to my rescue. He was unable to fix the stove because he had no way to get the part on a Sunday. Michael was very upset and concerned that I had no heat. The following morning when he got to work he convinced his boss John to replace my stove with a brand new one. It takes a very special person to go out on a limb for someone he doesn't know. Ten thumbs up Michael. you deserve the man of the year award along with your precious wife.”

“This is one of the more difficult reviews to write. Not because it was a bad experience, but this is a warning if you shop here. We had been shopping for a replacement refrigerator since PSE managed to take out our refrigerator with an accidental power surge. We had shopped all of the major appliance stores and were very familiar with the pricing, models, availability, and features of many different manufacturers and models. Then I happen to see an ad for Judd and Black. We had not shopped here. We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon, and we were greeted by Brent. Brent is a very honest young man who provides nothing but top-notch customer service. He took us through through their vast selection of refrigerators. We had pretty much decided on which one we wanted, but we got an expert exhibition on the features of this model.This is where it gets a bit tricky. The sticker prices on this model was marked significantly higher than the competition and even higher than the manufacturers website. So beware when shopping here to know your pricing before setting foot in the door. The negotiated price ended up being the best deal amongst everyone else, including online. If you have had a bad experience with appliances breaking down and leaving you stranded after the manufacturers warranty expires, this place has the tip top of the warranty plans. The problem is that it is almost twice the amount of the competitions plans. The difference is that the competition goes through an outside warranty company, and there are certain things thar the other warranties do not fix. Judd and Black handles all repair issues with their own repair crew and covers everything, including food spoilage. The warranty pricing was also negotiated to a reasonable price. This place has customer service, selection, and price(after negotiation). Shop other places to get to know your product and pricing and then see if these guys can beat the pricing, and you will have a great experience if you get a salesperson like Brent to help you.”

“I was shocked at how much stuff this place had. Like an ocean of love seats, recliners, and couches. They even have car audio. Plus appliances & other furnishings along with a downstairs home audio room. Plus their BBQ section is off the chain, they have spices & rubs galore. The employees were amazing, all very friendly, helpful, open and up front, not pushy at all. I ended up buying a loveseat, and was able to get it delivered the next day! They even hauled off the old furniture (for a fee.) Will return for more furnishings in the future!”

“Recently I went to the Lynnwood store for some help in ordering a broken knob on our Fisher & Paykel range. I hadn't purchased the range from Albert Lee, it came with the new house we had purchased. Still, after explaining the situation to Aaron Lynch, he quickly took down my info and ordered a replacement for delivery directly to my house at no cost to me. Furthermore, he helped me with troubleshooting a noisy refrigerator, the result is that my fridge became much quieter, nearly silent. This was my second visit to this store, the first time in search of a low cost dishwasher. On that visit a different salesperson showed me what they had to offer and gave me helpful advice on what to look for...no hard sell. Albert Lee will be my first stop next time I'm in the market for an appliance.”

“I had a problem with my old laptop which I have coverage on through Best Buy Total. It was a hardware issue that couldn't be solved by the online help. It was easily solved by taking it in, then them letting me know what fan to order off of Amazon and a quick return appointment to have it installed.I had had the hard drive replaced a few years ago, the laptop is still super fast and has lots of room left so I felt no need to replace it. I was glad to solve it this way. This policy is my most utilized insurance coverage and I've been impressed with their responses.”

“They have some expensive appliances which is a bit offsetting. It great customer service and they have own repair crew. Appliances aren't what they used to be so when I got one a couple years ago I purchased extended warranty. For no particular it started to fail. I called Judd and Black and they had repair people out very quickly and got parts and handled the warranty communications with GE the appliance manufacturer. After a couple of attempted it would not stay fixed and they worked with GE to get it warranty replaced and I just had to walk into the store to pick a new one. A few days later they swapped it out in my home and got rid of the broken one.”

“Friendly Staff and I'm not sure if it's because they stock more or if this store is less frequented since it's basically part of the mall, or at least have to deal with mall traffic, They have almost everything still available from the holiday sales Home Depot is offering this year, compared to the others around that are starting to dwindle in inventory or those items. I will definitely deal with the mall traffic and start making my way to this one more often.”

“I had the best buying experience at Lowe's in the appliance department from Ann Marie. She was friendly, well informed on the different brands and extremely helpful. I've been shopping around for a new washer the past couple weeks and found that most other stores weren't as well versed as her, or they were just plain non existent. As soon as walked in to appliance department I was greeted with a friendly hello and from there she was able to answer all my questions. I now have a new washer that will be delivered in two days. I'm super happy with my purchase and how easy Ann Marie made the whole buying process. I plan on adding additional new appliances in the near future and will definitely be back to purchase them from her.”

“I MUST say. I've been dealing with RAC for atleast 4 years. The customer service there was good, the prices were competitive, but the selection was very limited. They don't offer living room sets w/rugs, and only a $10 charge to add on to the sofa/loveseat per item. I have NEVER had as good an experience with rent to own as I did today with this Aaron's.The salesperson I dealt with (sorry... I think his name was Thomas) was absolutely fantastic. We corresponded over phone and simultaneous text pics.I was able to secure an living room set... the whole set.... without paying anything today! I set up auto pay and am getting the furniture in 2 days, and have my 1st payment set for my next pay period.All if the paperwork was online and with the website, I was able to verify the rental agreement and payment schedule.In the time it wouldve taken to go ALL the way out to Everett, and RAC milking me for so long... I am EXTREMELY satisfied with this entire experience and am happy to switch my needs to the better competitor.”

The lack of star on this one goes to the employees that look to be in their 20s. These guys have idea what they're doing and is most likely just a job for them. They looked so oblivious when a customer asked a simple question about ratchet straps. I had to step in or the customer would of bought something they didn't want. If I have to do your job you probably should be here.”
