“I went to this repair shop, to my dismay. I usually work on my own cars, and the guy that worked there, Mike, instead of trying to make a buck, he gave me a tip about how to crack the bolt off a harmonic balancer. this guy has never lied about price and he has been honest about price from the beginning. I went back for a wheel hub on my 2010 f-150 and was willing to do both of them, but instead he took of both front wheels and inspected them. after inspection he said that only 1 was needed which saved me money. I have driven 50 miles on the new hub and no issues like I was having before. Before I was having a slapping noise from the driers side wheel. Mike is the type of mechanic that will only do what is needed and nothing more. The shop seems honest and will charge you what is needed to be done, not everything else that can be done. Over all, I give them a 5/5 because of honesty and the fact I was told how to fix my car without spending a dime.”

Doug was not only punctual but also quite understanding! After a mixup with Google maps directing him to a different neighborhood (NOT his fault), he quickly notified me, corrected the situation, and met me at my doorstep shortly after at no extra charge. He's transparent about the cost, friendly, and his services are fast and definitely affordable considering the market. Just get a quote from other towing companies and you'll find yourself calling for him.”
“In July, my Ford F-150 started having all sorts of problems. Engine knocking, rough starts, sputtering, limp mode, etc. I called up Doc and had the truck towed to his shop. He was able to get me in, same day, and diagnose all of the problems within 24 hrs of dropping off the truck with him.
Turns out, my truck was worse for wear than I had thought and the repair cost would have been more than the truck was worth. Instead of insisting on repairs, which would have costed me thousands, Doc advised me to cut my losses. I did have the option to repair it if I wanted to, but I sincerely appreciate him and his team’s honesty and insistence about it. Other shops I’ve had the displeasure of giving my business to would have tried to rake me over the coals, but not Doc!
You can tell as soon as you meet Doc and his team that they know their craft very well, and will take care of you and your vehicle to the best of their abilities.”
“I was on my way to work and randomly decided to pop into McLeod to see if they might have been able to help me with my 2005 Jeep Wrangler TJ. The driver's side door was stuck shut and I couldn't open it at all. I was entering on the passenger side and hopping over. They immediately identified the problem and were able to fix it quickly. The cherry on top was the price was much lower than I was expecting! I hope I never have to visit a body shop again, but if I do, I will be returning to McLeod! Thank you team!”

“A great experience! Farshad and his staff are the best. I had an issue with my car that two other mechanics had failed to fix completely, and in less than a day at Safety Auto Repair, the problem was solved. Farshad also sent me a video of the problem and explained the repair, and was able to find a specific bolt that made the repair much less expensive than it would have been. I will come back again and again!”

“Everybody there is really nice, very inviting. They even remembered my name, which I thought was really crazy. But I really appreciate that. When I first did my business here at one point I received something from the mail, I got a scratch card. I didn't win anything but I thought that was still pretty neat. I also like the complementary shuttle service, you'll have to be a local to be able to utilize the shuttle service. It's not a bus but it's somebody's personal vehicle, like an uber”

“I needed to fix my car’s A/C during the height of hot Seattle weather. Curtis at Acme Auto got me in within a few days of calling and did a phenomenal job fixing things up. The cost was on the lower end of what other shops were estimating as well.
Moreover, when I came by to pick my car up, I asked whether he could take a look at some issues I was having with my check engine light and wiper fluid sprayers. He agreed to do so without any hesitation. He fixed the sprayer issue I was having and informed me of the codes affecting my check engine light for free.
Curtis is a stand up guy and extremely good at what he does. I will be coming back to Acme Auto for any additional car service I need.”

“Snow and ice made me lose control of my car, wrecking the wheel, control arm and strut on the passenger side. I am lucky to not have more damage to my car or myself. I forgot to get his name but he was so nice and kept me up to date on communication on arrival as well as information on what parts were broken, and honest prices on how much it should take to fix them to keep me from being taken advantage of at motor shops. He also explained what he was doing to my car in a layman’s language that I could understand, reassuring me he wasn’t damaging the wheel parts further. 100/10 service, can’t recommend them enough.
